We stopped by to have a beer, but then our children were feeling hungry so we decided to have a quick lunch...We ended up with 3 glasses of wine each my wife and myself, and a good lunch! We were all very satisfied with the food and service; it was early afternoon and we stayed next to the bar room... More

Based on good reviews from others we decided to give it a try. The server was extremely rude and we left without ordering.

Based on the predominantly rave reviews for this restaurant, my companion and I went to dinner at this restaurant our first night in Toledo. The restaurant opens at 8:30 pm for dinner and we came in about 9 o'clock and were escorted to a table indoors and upstairs. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with paintings, etc.and our seats were... More

Had a late afternoon meal with family of 5. Foie Gras was excellent, scallops with grilled vegetables was a hit. No complaints. Service was excellent and they were very accommodating to my 2 young children.

For $15 each- my three friends and I had the "menu of the day". You can choose from a starter, a main & a dessert. Plus we got wine, water and coffees too.Greats service, very authentic and a nice outdoor alfresco dining area, surrounded by the old historic city.

On my last night in Toledo, I finally found the restaurant I had been hoping for. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. When I ordered a glass of red wine, the waitress asked what kind of wine I liked, and then brought out a full bottle of Spanish malbec and opened it to pour a glass for me, instead of... More

My husband and I visited on a Friday night around 7:45pm. We do not speak Spanish (hola and gracias are about it) and thankfully Ana the waitress and bartender speaks very good English! We tried multiple foods and all were wonderful. Based on reviews here on TripAdvisor we asked Ana for gin and tonics. She asked us what kind of... More

More than a cafe, considering the seating available upstairs. Exquisite tapas, delicious raciones and media raciones, and friendly, attentive staff, made our visit last week a reason to revisit the following day! Ana made recommendations on the wine and also explained her wall of spirits. Then she made us the best gin and tonic we've had in a long time.... More

A very pleasant place to stop for a drink. They take their time to prepare drinks with their own unique touch. Gin and tonic seems to be their specialty, is very gourmet, and depends on the gin they will add the correspondent seed and fruits.

My partner and I were visiting Toledo for the day. We walked into several restaurants looking for the perfect lunch spot. The staff at El Botero were very welcoming! The clientele seemed to be mostly locals who were very happy. It was a perfect place to have lunch. The wine that was recommended by the bar tender was delicious, the... More
