Arrived late on Sunday afternoon and most places were closed for the day. Food was simple and excellent. Wine list minimal but had three and all were good. Even if it wasn't Sunday and there were more choices you can't go wrong here.

We came across this restaurant while tourist-ing in Toledo, and nabbed a table under an umbrella. Lucky choice. We ordered tapas, which turned out to be wonderful: quail legs with roasted red pepper; partridge with a tomato and leek salad; ratatouille with pork; and a more traditional calamari sandwich. As this was just lunch, I wonder what the dinner offerings... More

This restaurant is very close to the main square on the edge of the old town. The rustic interior with its glass floor exposing goodness knows what in the foundations was very busy downstairs. we chose upstairs. Beware the chairs are low and have very low backs seated with ones back to the floor length windows could potentially be a... More

I was there on a Friday night and the place was REALLY busy, we were lucky to find a table. We ordered a bottle of wine and three/four tapas. All of them were tasty and nice, in particular the wild boar... that was simply yummy. And well, the price was a treat! The inside of the place is quite neat... More

Simple food. Great ambience. Good service. And a look inside the resto was a fun surprise. So were the gilled veggies.

Just a short walk away from the main tourist drag, and worth the extra effort. Nice outdoor seating. The mixed grill was quite good, maybe a bit on the salty side. However location is great and the prices are reasonable.

Lovely evening, and a lot of good " Tapas". We had a lucky evening, with good crew, good everything..Very good prices...If you are in Toledo...This is a must !! But be early....The spanish people go out late, so go early...around 20.00, then there is a lot of space....around 22-23-00, there are no places left....Then you are on the waiting list......and... This is the best restaurant/ bar we ate at while in Toldeo for 2 days. The tinto de verano was awesome and also the bombas plate. We went around 20:00 and there were not a lot of people there but around 22:00, it was standing room only.

Not too far from El Alcazar lies a little alley way where this quaint bar and cafe is located. On our walk down from Plaza de Zocodover, we wandered down this little lane and found this establishment. It looked nice and there weren't too many people there. Outside seating was pleasant, weather was accommodating. We ordered a chicken sandwich and... More

If you are looking for tapas-style restaurant, this is a good place. It has a small selection of tapas, which compared to other tourist traps, it's quite decent. The location is very good, hidden next to a main square. The service was fast, friendly and helpful. I'd personally recommend the tapas "bomba" and "croquetón de gambas". The place do not... More
