After rejecting the food at Alfonso V! Hotel on our holiday we found this delightful restaurant. The best meal on our Toledo holiday served by the French owner. Great food , wonderful wines and conversation in a restaurant full of charm. Part of the building dates back to a Roman Villa. A really delightful experience.

Not to be missed when visiting Toledo. We had a superb meal and the decor is stunning. We had the menu, which was quite tasty. Service was friendly and efficient.

Interesting room in a very old palace. Good service. Very pleasant owner. Most important: super-quality food. A venison worth three stars and a selection of delicious desserts. I loved it, and so did all my friends.

This old palace shows the historical plurality of Toledo, being first a moor palaced, then owned by christian nobility. But in the top floor we found the breathtaking view of Toledo and its Alcázar, even better in the night. Food was very good too and service very nice. If I go back to Toledo I will repeat.

My friends and I just chanced upon El Palacete after walking for hours up & down steep hills in the narrow Toledo streets. We were tired and hungry and El Palacete was just there when we needed it. The food was delicious and the host was charming and entertaining. The building has its origins in Roman times, the ambience is... More

We were walking around Toledo and came in the restaurant by chance - the owner invited us to evaluate the architecture of the building. We appreciated - and stayed for lunch. First the building. It overlaps and mixes some eras and styles. Elements and fragments from the Romanesque to the Arab carefully integrated into the interior. The central part of... More

We were traveling on an extended family vacation - 20 of us including 7 children. The manager of this restaurant offered to open the restaurant especially for us. He offered a set menu with 3 choices for main course, wines deserts, everything. The food was excellent - from great starters to the main courses - I had steak like no... More

Well, the place looks stunning. This is a well preserved old mansion with a view to die for. Regretfully, the food and service were rather abysmal. Despite just three tables being occupied, the service was painfully slow. We have started with quite good aged cheese served with bread, garlic and honey. It all went downhill from there. The salmorejo soup,... More

We came across the restaurant by accident and it turned into a very memorable experience. The manager was so gracious, spoke several languages, and gave us one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed the salmoreja and the heirloom tomato salad (similar to caprese) so much that I have already tried to duplicate it twice at home. Be sure... More

This is an old mansion/residence and very old. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The jamon was served right off the bone and couldn't have been better. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the spacious dining area. It's literally a little hole in the wall and easily missed. I'm glad it was part of our tour
