Excellent Restaurant with Excellent food and a very extensive wine list. Lamb shoulder and chops really tasty and perfectly cooked. Excellent Fish, always very fresh and perfectly cooked. We sometimes travel to Santa Cruz to do a little shopping and have a great meal Never been disappointed by the food or Service. The clientel are local business people and the... More

Popular with locals, but the food was very poor. Don't try the lamb shoulder. Perhaps it suits local tastes. The service was quick and professional. The live lobsters in a tank was off putting.

This felt like a restaurant from the Spanish mainland. The ambience and food had a slightly old-fashioned feel that was heightened by the decor and especially the multitude of wall photographs featuring the owner and [presumably] celebrities of varying distinction.. You often saw that in Spanish restaurants, perhaps less so now. We had a perfectly agreeable meal on a quiet... More

We visit regularly and have never had a bad dish let alone bad meal. The service is excellent and professional. The quality of food is excellent. Some of the best cheese, ham and seafood. I can't recommend the veal chop enough. The desserts if you can manage one are a delight. We eat most things but are fussy about quality... More

This is actually a Michelin recommended place, which so far was a very good hint as to high class kitchen. Los Cuatro Postes proves that also Michelin fails in between. Miss it. It is messy inside, and food is everything but to be recommended.

We asked for 2 different wines from their list and they didn't have them, so they offered an alternative that fortunately was very good! Both the dishes we asked for were very disappointing. The solomillo de ternero was extremely sweet due to reduction of balsamic vinegar plus a sweetened soy asian sauce; and the steak tatar was so awfully salty... More

This is my third review of this restaurant, which we first visited in January 2010. We have been back many times since and every time it has been a most pleasurable experience. We find the ambience stylish, elegant and yet relaxing and comfortable. The restaurant is always "buzzing" and is clearly most popular among the locals. We have always experienced... More

We were greeted in English. The restaurant has a cozy and a slightly retro look. You feel at ease. The waiters do not speak english which you do not expect in a restaurant with a Michelin rating. The menu is limited but good looks, there are not less than 4 egg dishes as starters. These dishes are bland in taste,... More
