Very good tapas (small starters) and also fantastic dishes. With a warm ambiance, very spanish, Taberna Ramon is quite unique in a town were there are not many places to eat well.

This is a small restaurant in Las Ramblas, very few tables. I went there on a Wednesday night with a party of four. The place was packed. We waited outside in a narrow sidewalk to get in. The line continued to grow as more people gathered outside. We finally got in. The tables are small, the athmosphere crowded and noisy.... More

A really authentic (not touristic) spanish tasca where you can enjoy not only canarian but also mainland dishes. The variety, quality and good prices of wines is also excellent. The service and atmosphere is very good. I love to seat at the barcounter!!

Over-rated and lucky if you can get a seat, usually full, can't think why. From what we saw on the plates whilst waiting for a table we are glad we walked out after 15 minutes.

Lovely local fishes, excellent wines, real tenerife cuisine far away from tourist sites; be early as restaurant is filling quickly with locals!

Walked to Taberna Ramon from my room in the center of town. There was a small sign over the door that didn't justify what I found inside. The place opens at 19:30, and I got there at 19:45. Every table was filled, but I found one of the few remaining seats at the bar. It is not a quiet joint,... More

I just left there...I couldn't agree more with the reviews. A great local, Spanish hangout, with great food. I was by myself and another couple came in at the same time. The place was packed but we waited around 15 minutes or so. The food was authentic, good and reasonably priced. I had the baby squid as an appetizer and... More

We tried to get in a couple of days ago, but it was full. Went earlier this time and got a table, however, it did not live up to the previous reports / recommendations. The food was good, but nothing special.

This restaurant stands out in Santa Cruz for its hospitality , food and amazing service. We went there with our 2 kids who are super naughty and the waiters were awesome. The service was spot on. The first place where the waiters tried their best to make us understand what each dish was in English . The place was jam... More
