Great little restaurant serving international cuisine with north african influences. Friendly service & good value. Shame the restaurant was half empty, we love to see it having a full house, it deserves it.

Very seldom do I genuinely dislike any food in any restaurant. This was one of the few. The goat cheese in the starter was fried until chewy (maybe that was the point of the "caramelized" cheese, dunno), and the salad under it was just lame. The main course, the prawn-salmon tagliatelle was supposed to come with "creamy pesto sauce" --... More

We decided to spend our New Year here after trying the food earlier in the week.Lucky to get a seat as the place was full. Our first visit was fantastic, only 2 other tables.New Year slightly less impressive but none the less very good(maybe due to the fact that it was full to capacity, one particularly large group which seemed to be a... Have just returned from a night in Santa Cruz. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we went to look for Mauma. We found it but it was closed during the day. Since we were unable to book a table for night we emailed when we got back to the hotel. Marta replied promptly and our table was all sorted.... More

Excellent place - great, friendly service and great food. My wife described the steak as "perfect" which speaks volumes! Had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are great company - Maurice does the cooking and rarely ventures "front of house" so I think we were honoured! Highly recommended place. Great food and reasonable prices.

Very friendly people running a good quality restaurant. The menu is simply a range of cosmopolitan European food.....this is not a speciality or local food place. We really enjoyed our prawns tempura followed by my perfectly cooked fillet steak and my wife's Moroccan chicken with couscous. Very reasonable prices for this quality of food. A really nice individual tarte tatin... More

We received a friendly welcome an offered our choice of table as it was quiet. Comfortable restaurant, good menu and we both had a fantastic meal accompanied with a very nice glass of house red and white wine. Next time in Santa Cruz we will definitely go back.

We dined here twice during a 2 week stay in June and enjoyed trhe minimalist decor and friendly but efficient service. The Langoustines in curry sauce on cous-cous was fantastic as was the pork medallions in honey mustard sauce. The Beef Wellington with a crazy little puff pastry cap filled with pate was delightfully light. Favourite starter was the Lebanese... More

Really glad that we decided to go to this restaurant, the food was great, the service was good, the place is very clean and it is reasonably priced relative to the quality. Definitely check this place out if you are on a holiday to Santa Cruz.
