De Canio is a chain. This one is in easy walking reach of Iberostar Mencey. Would definitely visit again. Huge delicious pizza, reasonable price. hidden gem.

We asked our hotel where was nice reasonable and good for families. We were greeted with fresh baked rolls, I tried my children's and couldn't fault their meals all tasting great and fresh. My own was lasagne and again couldn't fault it. Then at the end their homemade lemoncillo shots came out and they had made up a non alcoholic... More

This place was a short walk from our hotel and having eat here early in our holiday we went back again. The food was nice and the service was great. It was amusing to see our waiter transform into a waitress (it was carnival whilst we were there). The menu was huge so many more visits would be required to... More

We had a good value meal here, We all had Pizza, they were big. Ingredients were fresh. This is a really good value place to eat and be very full. There was a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and food was good. It's a big restaurant, but it did fill up as the evening went on, we arrived shortly after... More

Such a lovely restaurant serving great pizzas and Italian dishes. The pizzas are huge as described in other reviews. My partner was defeated by his! The cannelloni is very tasty too. The waiter who served us was lovely and apologetic for his English, even though he spoke excellent English (we should have been apologising for our poor Spanish!). They also... More

Decent food, probably not genuinely Italian but very tasty. Menu very long (too much choice). Big portions, fast friendly service, good value for money. Ambience average.

Read the reviews so we thought we'd visit one lunch time and try the pizza's everyone was raving about. Don't be put off if the exterior looks a little tiered and worn the food more than makes up for it. As stated in other reviews there are a lot of different ingredients, and make sure you're hungry as they are... More

Loved it here, the waiter recommended we only shared a starter as it was a lot of food and, after we saw the size of the starter then the mains, he was right! I had an amazing pizza and my friend had a huge, tasty dish of ravioli. With a couple of bottles of Canarian white wine (the waiter said... More

Tried this restaurant after a recommendation from friends whom had visited Santa Cruz recently. We recommend the pizzas strongly, forget about the vegetarian pasta(shocking).Very busy with good professional waters doing a good job.The decor could certainly do with a revamp. One salad, one pizza, vegetarian pasta, two desserts and 3 beers, costing slightly over 40 euros ,good value.
