Where do I began? The atmosphere of this little gem is so authentic and welcoming. The decor shows the restaurant's age in such a genuine way and serves as a museum for your eyes in between plates. The service is out of this world and their passion really shows in the way they treat their guests. The house wine is... More

first of all, it's on your way up to the mountains, so it's not spoiled touristically, it's the real deal. and, hands down, the best six courses of incredibly tasty servings in my life so far. perfect!

After reading raving reviews about this place we decided to go here for dinner. We were a bit early bit this wasn't a problem. We were welcomed with a lovely ron miel and sat in front of the fireplace. We went with the specialty of the house and were served delicious dishes with great flavours: stuffed mushrooms, home made sausages... More

We heard from friends that this place was worth visiting and stopped for lunch. The waiter recommended the tapas (huge field mushrooms with stuffing, sausage with a sweet and tangy sauce followed with lamb, aubergine in a white fig sauce and deep fried potatoes). It was wonderful!! A bit pricy, EUR 30 pp with a beer but worth every cent!... More

A private museum as much as a restaurant. Very unique service and food. We went with the chef's recommendations throughout. Original dishes, all very good. A little too patronizing service? A bit pricey? Perhaps, but a clear recommendation from us.

We vent there to have a light lunch...Took the advice of the owner and had gofio, then stuffed champignons (great) then home-made sausages in a plum sauce (even better) then the tender, long-cooking lamb with squash in a fig sauce (fantastic) and finished with the speciality banana cream made with Canary bananas... or so we thought. The owner then brought... More

We dropped into the Casa Martell near Santa Brigida for lunch on a driving trip in the mountains and was very surprised when we came inside. We were met by the most pleasant staff and shown around in the restaurant which must have been a winery sometimes. It's was a little cold day and we were not dressed in rather... More

We stopped by Casa Martell for lunch after a nice walk in the mountains. Not totally random since I had read about the restaurant before we left home, but I didn't expect it to be this good. We followed the waiter's suggestion and went for the "today's". Everything we got was good, but the lamb we were served as the... More
