Loved the position Food good It was very quiet we were the only ones there A pity that the promenade was under repair at the time as the view to Mount Tiede was incredible

We were six in the party, including grand children, for dinner in March. We had an excellent meal, were treated very well and enjoyed every course. We only found the restaurant with local knowledge. It was probably one of the best meals we had during the week. The restaurant wasn't full, but that didn't matter to us. Would go again.

We had lunch there with friends and one person ordered sizzling prawns in garlic... But they weren't sizzling rather they were cool! Slightly pricey too.

We arrived on a rather damp evening to find that we were one of only 2 couples to dine in this rather intriguing place which is partially cut into a large rock. This is fairly understandable as it is set away from the centre of town where most of the eateries are. It is quite close to the ferry terminal.... More

We visited once whilst staying nearby. The location is lovely; built into a cave, by a rocky small beach in the capital with fierce waves. We went at night and of course the night sky is breathtaking in any event. The service and food does not disappoint. The chef enjoys complex dishes, but there is bound to be something on... More

This restaurant is very hard to find - you have to walk towards the ferry terminal then left through an archway then right onto a rocky headland where the restarant is hidden behind a rock. From inside or outside it has good views over the sea and across to Tenerife. The staff are very professional. There is good wine by... More

Great place in very scenic setting and very good value, despite what at least one other review says. This a serious restaurant. I had the best prawns and garlic for some time, very sweet prawns and minced, not sliced garlic. Excellent wine list. Service both friendly and efficient, highly recommended.

This was a return trip to this small restaurant and bar built into the rock at the base of the cliffs behind the ferry port. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed a sweet, garlicky dish of grilled prawns followed by a succulent, fragrant cinnamon rabbit with potatoes and vegetables. The bottle of white wine and the coffee were great accompaniments.

The food is delicious, the lunch menu is a great bargain - and the surroundings are something xtra. Top notch service.
