Best tapas ever!

We cycled from Corralejo to Casa Marcos in Villaverde for Sunday lunch. We'd eaten here last year and were keen to return to sample more of the extensive menu of tapas. We'd have happily eaten the same dishes again this year as they were absolutely superb, particularly the fried aubergines with... read more

berenjenas , huevos amarrados, saltado de pescado, brocheta and prenkitos: one better than the other. Perfect home wine ! 60 euros for the three of us, drinks included. It was worth 10 minutes drive from Corralejo.

In this remarkable villge of fine dining....you are spoiled for choice with at least five very good- excellent places to dine. We have eaten in four of them in one week in November last - El Horno, Hotel Rural Mahoh, Hotel Casa Vieja and now Casa Marcos Chef has an excellent reputation and so we were looking forward to our... This place is so worth a visit, but be sure to book. We were welcomed from the minute we arrived and were looked after all evening. We shared 3 plates between 2 of us and then shared a desert. Excellent squid & prawns with bacon & garlic, so tender & tasty. Great lamb with dried fruits then a very good... More

Visited for the first time in November, what a spectacular experience the food, service and whole ambience are first class.Bruno's explanation of each dish on the menu and what to expect from it really helped.will definitely be back.one of the best restuarants on the island.

This is a dining experience! No menu is available at table. A menu board is placed adjacent to the table balanced on a chair. Bruno the head waiter points to every dish explaining each one and what to expect. He is multi-lingual and has a wicked sense of humour- an entertainer!. The food is very Canarian so don't expect fish... More

My friends told me that this place was great and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing, each dish simply described on a black board could not begin to warn you of the delight to come. There were no frills just honest food cooked to its best. The chef came out to check with each table and was genuinely... More

It's wonderful restaurant with canarian cuisine. The menu is written on the blackboard by chalk. It's in Spanish. But there is a nice waiter who explains every name in detail. Everything is delisious. Especially I liked Cabrito frito and Garbanzo. They're a fried kid with potatoes and chick-pea.

We try to go there always when we go to the north. It's great food, interesting place and architecture, nice people. They have options for all type of tastes, even for us that we don't eat fish or meat and many other stuff. The best desert for sure,in my opinion,is the "Polvito".Senor Marco, the owner and a very passionated cook, comes every time to talk to you and...
