The owner makes the experience delightful.

This place was a great find. this place is french Tunisian, but it is really a fusion place. I had the tuna special which was to die for. My wife and daughter had the meat dishes, and they were also very good. Two appetizers, three main courses, two desserts and a bottle of wine 120E However, it... read more

My partner and I visited during our summer holiday to Mallorca. We found the place by accident but decided that the 'fusion' of food could not be missed. What service: a small, family kitchen type feel. The host treated her guests like friends - familiar approach, kindly, dedicated advice, and freshly sourced food. 3 couples present including us, the other... More

We went to a ma maison de Saloua for New Year's Eve. The meal was historic and the ambiance tremendous. It felt like being with friends and Saloua the Chef Patron treated all the diners as friends

We were lucky enough to spend New Years Eve at this wonderful restaurant, although I have never been before I was treated by the owner/chef Saloua, her staff and the regulars like an old friend. The set menu (to my mind) was all exceptional and great value. The service was also friendly and warm. If all my New Years Eve's... More

There weren't too many people in the restaurant when we ate. The owner saw I was working on my girlfriends limited spanish and very patiently helped out by doing the recommendations, "surgenrencieas" in spanish and then helping my girlfriend figure them out in english. We had the coffee spiced steak and the salmon specials. I am not a fan of... More

Chef Saloua and her friendly collaborator are capable of preparing an outstanding tunisinian mix of dishes in a welcoming cosy atmosphere! Algo my baby girl was invited to enjoy her own cook speciality , wish she loved, and was really pumpered! For sure,... More

This really is one of the best restaurants I've tried in Palma, and in fact anywhere. The menu is thoughtful, creative with flavours that are incredible and it's also exceptional value. But what really makes it special is Saloua the owner and chef. Her passion for food, wine and welcoming hospitality really can't be overstated. This was my second visit... More

The women who runs this place is not just extremely charming and friendly, she is also an excellent cook. The food is creative, even the menu del dia, and perfectly cooked. We will come back several times for more of this little hidden diamond. We were not even billed for some of the food and drinks because she "offered" it,... More
