Not bad

Good points - Helpful, friendly staff - Lovely aioli served as part of the cover - Easy to find Not so good - 5-tapas set menu was heavy, lacked balance - less expensive than some of the other tapas restaurants in this area of town, but I still don't think it offered good value... read more

We wanted to check out Mallorca's dining scene and apparently we ended up in one of the best restaurants in Palma. It's been there for centuries! Amazing tapas and very warm service. I didn't get the name of the exquisite wine we had, but you may totally trust the waiter's recommendation. Cheers!

No starter menu. Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving. We had to ask for the plates to be removed. Then after 10 minutes we had to ask for the desert menu. Irish coffee was coffee with milk and a glass of whisky. Amateurish at best. Walk past try somewhere else. It'll be worth the walk. And... More

Mallorca during the off season will present limited options for food. But we found this gem of a restaurant just off the main drag. The tapas are a bit pricier than usual but the quality of service and quality of food were worth it. Our server Omar was muy amable!! And the f ood fantastico!!!

Only 3 of us in restaurant as quite early in evening. Not 1 of us enjoyed our meal, 2 seabass with salad plus 3 tapas. As waiting for the tapas, all I could hear was the microwave pinging. Patas bravos unlike any I have seen before, greasy and long flat chip shaped with a tom/mayo sauce drizzled over the top!!!!!... More

Stumbled across El tunnel whilst it was raining in Palma. The place was full but we were found a table upstairs. We chose prawns, ham croqets and El tunel salad. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed every mouthful. We will return if we go back to Palma

Visited here as we were wandering around. We all had the set tapas menu which was quite good and tasty. Nice sangria and prompt service. Only problem was that vat was not added on to the prices on the menu so this is added on at the end, which was not expected!

We were exploring the old town of Palma on the last day of our holidays looking for somewhere to enjoy a memorable last meal and, for once, we had not pre-researched the restaurants. While navigating the narrow back streets, we happened upon El Tunel - we nearly walked past but we turned back and decided we would go back and... More

We stopped in Palma for a few hours before going to the airport and found this delightful Coccina Mediterana. We ordered a selection of Tapas to suit us and 'inquisitive children' who were willing to try anything! We were not disappointed-the jamon was excellent, peppers stuffed with cod were perfect, tuna croquettes, calamari and garlic prawns as good as we... More

We ate here in Aug 2014 following a hot and tiring day spent touring Palma. We chose this restaurant purely from the menu on the board outside and from the rustic look of the place. The place was empty except for us and we selected a round table upstairs suitable for the 7 of us. Our party consisted of 4... More
