We visited this place at the end of August. We sat at high tables on the pavement. Waited and waited for a waiter, eventually managed to get his attention. Ordered Iberico plate, speciality egg and patatas bravas. With 4 cañas the bill was over 30 euros for two people. Serious service malfunction and the food was ordinary, I won't be... More

The food was DELICIOUS! We tried everything on their specialty menu. The tortillas, chistorras and rabas were also great. There's a special bite, made with potatoes and egg yolks, that melts in your mouth.

We stayed in Vitoria for 3 days, and came here 3 times. I think that says it all :) They're famous for their pinxtos, try them all, especially the one with the deep-fried egg. If I go back to Vitoria, I'm coming back here

The egg yolk wrapped in paper thin potato crisp is wonderful. We went for dinner and found it a bit on the pricey side. Our tuna was overcooked but otherwise the food was very good. Would only recommend a stop at the bar for a snack!

Found this place in the Rough Guide to Spain. After 3 weeks camping in Galicia we were having a city night before the ferry back to the UK. You get to the restaurant through what looks to be a great tapas bar. You round a corner and are suddenly in a very smart and cool looking restaurant where my immediate... More

One of the best tapas and pinxtos we have ate at in Spain so far. The choices are innovative, the atmosphere exciting and the service snappy. It is encouraging to see a different approach to this age old tradition in Spain. Lots of interesting choices of tapas and excellent wines by the glass such as Albariño and GOOD Rioja wines... More

One of the best tapa restaurants I have tried. The food quality was excellent and the attention to detail incredible. Prices are cheap compared to the bigger towns or San Sebastian but the quality matched the best around. Sadly we were unable to try all the dishes (and believe me, we did want to) in one evening but the ones... More

can't go wrong here, in my opinion. Great selection of pintxos and friendly staff. Seems you can sit at the bar if you're there before 7:30 PM, but soon thereafter the place will become quite busy. My friend and I made a repeat visit the second and last evening in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Always went here for the most delicious tortilla (Spanish omelette). If you like your tortilla gooey rather than dry- GO HERE! They also do a really nice pintxo that's an egg yolk with potato around it, fried and the yolk explodes in your mouth when you pop it in- I recommend eating it in one go or else it will... More
