Modern pintxo

With a lot of pintxo bars and restaurants, tourists can get lost easily (never mind being ripped off). This one has been recommended by many other locals and it was our last stop - with an already bloated tummy! It didn't disappoint us though. It was much more modern decorated and civilised... read more

Ambiance was great, presentation was great...and then the next thing you know....so was the food great. Wow.. We enjoyed the mini hamburger - slider - bun was infused with Ketchup...how can you go wrong, we also enjoyed a tapa with the olives soaked in Vermouth ..Wow. And to top it all off, they had entertainment. And the band played on....to... More

The food was great, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ... the owner (I trust the bulky, bold guy was the owner considering his arrogance) was the number one reason never to set foot in A Fuego Negro! The guy's attitude and more than unfriendly behavior ruined a perfectly good evening. In a city with a 1001 bars and... More

We have been here before and we were very happy with the individual pinxtos - especially the kobe burger speciality. This time we tried th 35 euro tasting meny and while presentation of the food and the staff were good, the tasting meny lacked a bit on the tasting side. Everything looked nice but we never got the really good... More

I enjoyed the pintxos that I tried over the course of a long weekend. They're unusual, and the kitchen has great imagination. The size of gamba pintxo was miniscule, but the pairing with cream cheese and teeny crisp peas was incredible.

We came here too late to eat the first night. Ok, we ate too much before coming. But the dessert we shared brought us back for dinner the next night. They make this tiny hamburger there that is delicious. Kobe beef. The atmosphere is really cool and their chilled red wines are great. Solid recommendation

I tried the tuna tartar with watermelon. It was quite nice. They also have mini burgers which are quite a hit with everyone.

The owner of this restaurant has a great sense of quirkiness! Our potato skins were served in a mini rubbish bin and their food was different compared to the many pintxos bars around. You should definately book ahead if you want to sit down to enjoy the food and order the set menu as you can always go back and... More

One of our favorite spots for pintxos is Feuga negro . Great nibbles and a few spots to sit , better get there early it does fill up . Great tuna tartar and lots of other fantastic bites , a cava vino blnco or a wet beer all do this place right. Worth a visit enjoy

Fuego Negro serves more modern pintxo’s and is in a tiny space that gets jam packed. They have a range of pintxo’s that vary in size. Their risotto with local cheese though is worth the trip even if it’s the only thing you get.
