While vacationing last month with my wife and our friend, we made this one of our pintxo-hopping spots, since we had read about it in many articles of "must go" places. We ordered at the bar, and ate our little plates out on the street at a tiny counter mounted to the wall. We had some local wine, but the... More

Great food and service. The miniburger alone is worth a visit (as widely known for) but to truly discover the greatness of this resturant try several dishes and why not the tasting menu. The waitress we had here was superb with great wine recommendations. The desserts are also worthy of a try. Unfortunately they have discontinued the "crying boy" but... More

Excellent and interesting pintxos. We had t-bone salad with popcorn, mackerel, mini hamburgers, prawn with quail's egg. All were excellent.

Would help with a smile! They do not accept card less than 20 euro and they couldn't tell where to get cash :-(

This used to be my favourite pintxos bar in San Sebastian. The Makobe burger is still one of my favourite ever dishes but the Basque chicken dish came with uncooked chicken, not a good sign.

We had lunch here and ordered 6 pintxos expecting it to be enough for 2 people. The only half decent one was the mini burger, however the other 5 were pretty poor. We had one which was some type of crab meat and it was literally 3 tiny pieces of meat on a shell... Another popcorn/steak salad was literally 10... More

I normally eat medium/raw steak, but every pintxos we ordered here was literally raw, even the chicken(!) An extremely disappointing experience.

Very disappointed with this pretentious kip - got great review in the Guardian and in the Timeout .pdf online - so what could go wrong? Arrived at 3:45 - manager behind bar pointed us toward sit-down area - extremely hostile waitress snapped during my order, that there was only 10 mins left on the cooks shift - same with my... More

I had a lot of fun there. They were very creative and innovative they gave us chicken and a cd of their songs free . It was a nice place

We had the 14 dish tasting menu in which three dishes were edible. The rest was an horrible experience. One dish for example was raw marinated chicken. I was a little skeptical to try it in a place that had served brown edged sallad and popcorn? the dish before but I still took a bite. It tasted salt... The waitress... More
