Amazing!!! Favourite pintox bar

This has to be one of the best finds in San Sebastián!!! Why??? Because it has beautiful pintox at breakfast time. I found this place 4 years ago and couldn't wait to get back this time. The people are really friendly and have a huge range of yummy pintox. As the morning starts more fresh pintox... read more

We went in here as there seemed to be a lot of old, locals in which we always consider a good sign. Far more rough & ready than some of the more salubrious San Sebastian bars - paper littering the floor, noisy, bustling - but the food was as good, if not better, than many of them. And probably a... Interested to visit this bar as it always seems busy. Inside it's as if time as stood still, I imagine that this is how most of the Pinchos bars used to be.It looked like the bar staff had grown up behind the bar. They have a great variety of Pinchos at very reasonable prices and a good selection of Rioja.... More

For those wanting a Basque tapas (or pintxos) experience Bar Gorriti has it all. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and authentic. You cannot do better - definitely a must when in San Sebastian.

We ended up eating at Bar Gorriti 3 different times... and yes it was totally worth it! Each time we tried different tapas and each time they were delicious. Bar Gorriti is right in the same square as La Bretxa market so it's hard to miss. It's a small space, but shimmy your way up to the counter. The staff... More

Small joint located right at the start of the old town if you're coming from the river, no thrills place with cold beer and good food.

Seeing as everyone was raving about their pintxos, it only seemed fair to make a visit. We were greeted by a crowd of Spanish men behind the bar, all friendly who handed us plates. There was a huge variety of flavours from sandwiches, seafood and cheeses. We waited until 8pm to go and eat (as that was recommended on TA)... More
