The pintxos were best in San Sebastian. The personnel very kind and considerate also towards foreigners, who did'nt know the pintxos-culture.

Great pintxos bar, it was our favourite and we went back a couple of times. Not traditional pintxos - very modern and experimental. All of our dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. The bar was able to cater for gluten free diet (coeliac) by advising on suitable pintxos options.

We decided to take the degustation menu in this Pintxos bar. This was one of my best food experiences in my life. The Pintxos were very varied and they ably catered for a pescatarian in our group. This was a memorable food experience. Can only be described as superb

Amazing!!! Delicious refined food! Specials were lobster, cod and a passionfruit dessert which exploded with flavour (literally!) My fav in San Sebastián so far!

Wow...says it all. The queue was out of the door and onto the street. Busy busy with all nationalities jostling to catch the busy waitress's eyes. Yes, English, Australian, French, and Japanese were mingling in the rain outside for a piece of the action. A bad choice as it was Easter weekend and the hordes had gathered....however no other establishment... More

I've spent three week in Donostia and I've been in several "Pintchos" restaurant in its old town. It's hard to named one above the others, but if I really have to pick up one or two places, this is one of them. Typical pintchos bar with great choice and amazing taste. Nothing more to add, just try it! Basque Country... More

We had made a reservation, but when we arrived ten minutes late they had given our table to someone else, however, after ten minutes wait they had another table ready for us. The pintxos are a not your traditional ones, but a bit more experimental. We ordered chefs choice and got eight pintxos which overall were really good and things... More

Excellent modern pintxos. Staff were always ready to answer questions about the pintxos on display and there are items not on display that are also delicious so don't be afraid to ask for lobster toast or the DIY cod.

Very friendly staff, delicious and spectacularly beautiful tapas and super wine. We got in early and bagged a table, but still worth squeezing in of you can't get one. This is the sort of restaurant you travel to visit. We can to St Sebastian for the food and if we only went here, it would have made the trip worthwhile.... More
