This was a two minute river bank walk from the apartment we rented during our four day stay in Bilbao, opposite the Guggenhiem. Close to the old quarter with beautiful plaza views of Bilbao. Busy most evenings mainly with couples, more of a cocktail bar that serves food with seating inside. Serving imaginative pixtos with a wide variety of fillings,... More

We arrived here during the great week so the place was jam packed. Even still we got some great food here and really enjoyed it, what stands out was the lovely soft shell crab and the homemade croquettes. Pinxto's on the bar were great as well. Def. worth a visit.

Very nice pintxos, although not the best we had in Bilbao. Vary friendly staff, helping us with directions to other bars.

Ate here 2 times. Always very busy around lunch/diner (keep in mind that's later than in northern europe) so finding a table on their outside terrace can be difficult. The food is delicious, try their homemade croquetas (stuffed with shrimp and mushroom - 6 euro for 5 pcs) or their award winning Calamares ("Rabas" in Bask - 6 euro for... More

this place was great, it was only open on the weekend, but worth the wait. Great quality and price, with decent service.

This is very tiny pintxo bar in Plaza Nueva, just two tables and some stools. Just in the corner of the square. They have fresh pintxos and very tasty, warm creative artesan pintxos.

This place indeed has some of the best pintxos we tasted in the Basque Country. Proof of that is that one of them won a first-place award in a regional contest, no small feat. Although they serve meals as well, because of the time of the day we only had pintxos, which were incredibly satisfying. They have very unusual combinations,... More

The Basques are famous for their fine dining and famous for their pintxos. Well this place combines the two with exquisite results. Flavour explosions and melt in your mouth tender meats. Food heaven and such cheap prices. We had six pintxos and two glasses of wine for 26 Euros and that included foie gras and an amazing egg and mushroom... More

My friend and I went there to have a branch. I took omlette which was cold though, and their house specialty - fried squids - which would be damn good if not the quantity of salt )) Wine was good. All which was taken by my friend had an impeccable taste - tuna sandwich and a kind of small mushroom... More

Kudos for the trip advisor community! I went for the recommendation on this little bar and it was great. Its important to say, that if you are going on lunch hours it will be crowded, and since the bar its located on a square full of other bars, probably would be easy to go for another one but trust me...
