What you pay for what you get is not that worthy. The environment is old style and classic. The food we had wasn't as good as what I expected. The octopus was over-boiled, however you can get a variety of good wines.

We ate here on the 22/01/2013 the place was empty when we went in but two other couples came in later, my wife had the Rodaballo al horno and i had the Solomillo al foie, my wifes fish was good and a good portion my meat with the liver and port sauce was delicious the only down side was there... Its a very traditional place in the centre of Oviedo. In the entrance there is a big bar area which invites for a drink before dinner. In the rear is the restaurant area. The menu offers tratidional meals from Asturias. The quality of the dishes is good but honestly it does not justify the price. Same for the service, the... More

Casa conrado offers good quality food and is worth to experience Asturias cuisine. I had beans with clams (fabas con almajas) and my brother tried hake with 2 clams on the side and with a light tomato based sause. Both were really good. It was lunch time and 10 out 15 tables were occupied. Probably reservation is necessary for dinner.

This place has existed for ever. And this is clear from the various bits of history and clutter that has accumulated over the years. Some people might find this interesting, some might say musty. The service by both waiters is definitely old school. Very correct and appropriate, even the attire is like that. But it is a bit stiff. The... More

This is considered by many as one of the best restaurants in Oviedo. It is a place for high standing people and fits perfectly with the grouch bourgeoisie of Oviedo. Regular people would dislike it. Decoration is odd and old fashioned, space is not enough to be comfortable and the service is really bad, unless you are a well known... More
