Excellent and wouldn't have found it without Trip Advisor

Whilst traveling thru Spain enroute from Barcelona to the Rioja wine region, we decided to have a stayover in Zaragoza. It was a surprisingly delightful little city easily accessed by the superb hi-speed train and also easy to pick up a hire car for the next part of the journey. We went to Trip... read more

This is quite a sophisticated place. Yes, you can have tapas at the bar, but most clients are at tables with white linen tablecloths, and they are prosperous middle-aged Zaragozans. You definitely need to book: we went on a Wednesday evening in January and by 9.30 it was full. Our waiter spoke some English and was delightful, and the food... More

You may miss the place when you visit Zaragoza, since this little place is not in the middle of the tourist area. Nevertheless it is just a few minutes, like 10 or less, from "El Pilar" or the Roman Empire era port ruins, so you must go there. When you arrive you understand this is not your average tapas bar... Went for a few tapas and some wine. The place was crowded on Friday evening. Great atmosphere. Very good service. Great wines by the glass and delicious tapas. Will definitively go again when in Zaragoza.

Went here twice when in Zaragoza with my wife. We intended to have dinner in Palomeque, but failed to make a reservation in time. The pre-dinner aperitif plus tapa were of outstanding taste and quality. Try the longaniza with a soft egg in some bouillon, or the pulpo in a cream of potatoes. My mouth is watering again when I... We were lucky enough to have this place just around the corner from our hotel. We just couldn't resist coming back again and again... And were delighted every time again. Great service, wonderful atmosphere and mouthwatering dishes.

This bar was crowded with locals and is clearly the place to go for Tapas in Zaragoza. Fantastically efficient service with all the "raciones" and "tapas" really tasty and fresh. Unfortunately it is too small

A very nice, small and atmospheric restaurant. The service was great. The menu very interesting. Abut after reading all the glowing reviews i was a little underwhelmed by the food. Although very tasty, my lamb chops had about 100 grams of meat on them and we had to go to eat somewhere else not to be hungry ...

This restaurant was reccommended by our hotel, we were looking for somewhere for lunch and I have to say we were not disappointed. Although we didn't have a reservation they found a space for us and were incredibly friendly, explaining things on the menu we were unsure about. The food was exceptional and full of flavour and the had an... More

Very small inside and so gets very hot in the summer, opt for seating outside. Waiter is good, he will explain everything in detail, food is fine if over priced, I personally feel there are better places
