Tapas with a quirky twist

A grade above a standard tapas bar , great atmosphere with very quirky décor. Good menu - and one in English as well - with a good selection of the usual , and unusual tapas - fried breadcrumbs topped with a small egg. Very good price , they do a "deal" if you have a set number of tapa. Only... read more

Most Spanish tapas restaurants have interestingly cluttered walls. This one takes it to extremes. The jumble of old bottles, radios, soda syphons, toys, pictures etc is enough to keep you occupied whatever the food is like. Fortunately, it is good enough to hold its own against the visual overload. A fine selection of tapas - nidos, patata rellena, croquettes, pollo... More

The decor of the place is amazing and beautiful. The tapas are ok, but I think it could be better. The wine (La Republicana 30 aniversarios) is very good.

The decor is like being in an antique shop / cafe / pinchos bar. These three moods lead you to the most important reason for being there - the food. The tapas that we ordered were exceptional: 1. Pimiento relleno de atún - the quality of the tuna was above normal for what has become the world of tuna, which... More

We came across this restaurant by chance. Looked at the menu and saw that they served "proper" sized tapas. By which I mean the really small ones!! There was a special price for 6 which we had between us. They were all small and delicious. There was a very nice atmosphere in this bustling restaurant. There were ladies out for... More

We went here on a recommendation of a colleague who had been the night before with her husband. She raved about their medio y docena tapas. We could not have been more disappointed! It was busy, but not packed. There were at least 3 open tables and plenty of room at the bar. We asked if we could sit at... More

Food here was a bit disappointing after reading the reviews. Does not take away from the fact that it was a fair value solid meal served by friendly and attentive staff! Recommendable for a nice lunch

We had a very bad experience at this place. We came there and wanted to sit outside. Unfortunatly the maid couldn't speak a word english. Easy, not that bad.. After sitting outside for a while, nobody came to ask for drinks or food, no menue was given. At the neighbours table, a couple of locals took place (after us) and... More

Nice decor, kind waiters and fresh food served, and what it is very rare in Zaragoza you can get a free tapa with your drik. I would recommed this bar

Fun place to have a night out. Was going to a up market place but not booked and missed out, so just dropped in for drink and tapas. Two bottles later (9 E each - great value) and trying different bits on the menu we were very happy. The Migas was good but the Pedron Peppers, Egg and Potatoes was... More
