We went there in the early evening, not difficult to find a seating. The tapas had the style and did not fail our expectation. Fried anchioves, the simple but difficult dish represent the fine cooking of the chef, sauces used in various dishes was brilliant - taste and smell was full of depth. Unfortunately both of the two award winning... More

Our visit to Seville came after Jerez and Cadiz where we experienced good but not great tapas. This tapas bar set the world straight again. Exceptional foods all around from shellfish to the stew of the day. Pork cheeks not to be missed!

Some of the best tapas I have ever had. The razor clams are yummy as was the hake in pepper. Ribs also very good . Price very reasonable . The bar was extremely busy even during the week. Well worth a visit if you like good food. Also drinks not expensive.

I was there in Nov 2014, our hotel had called and they said they were fully booked, but we went to the restaurant anyways expecting to wait. When we got there, there was a table ready for us and we had amazing experience. I found food in Spain, generally bit too salty for my taste, but at Eslava, I found... More

We visited Eslava after being recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. The selection was good and the quality of the dishes was superb. We found the staff very helpful and pleasant, with nothing too much trouble. The braised pork cheeks were particularly good.

We visited this bar following the recommendation of our hotel host... She nailed it! It was much better than she described it! We arrived at 8pm and by 8:30 it was ramming so make sure you arrive early for a table or eat at the bar... The title says it all and as a matter of fact I might be... More

This review is for the restaurant and not the tapas bar next door. We were a large party, 11, so we took up most of the space in this small dining room. The place is spotless with lovely decor. The service was fantastic, attentive without being intrusive. The wine list as good, but, the only reds were all Rioja. I... More

A friend took us to the Eslava tapas bar on the night we arrived in Sevilla and I completely fell in love with it. They serve tapas with a twist. An egg yolk on top of a boletus mushroom mixture looks fantastic and tastes delicious. A cigar filled with squid and a kind of cream cheese and rolled in 'brick'... More
