Innovative 'Tapas Twists'; Choice Wines!

Our neighbor, Manolo ('Secrets of Carmen' owner), recommended we go here; glad we did...fun, creative variations on standard tapas flavors... today's special shrimp brochette was a fine starter and their 'patatas bravas' (quick-fried potatoes w/spicy sauce) the best we've had; also enjoyed the... read more

We were enticed by the title as we had just arrived in Seville and wanted to sample some cava. We had a glass each and ordered a plate of tapas - calamari, which was tender and sweet. We then decided to order a glass of wine and I chose a red called Silencio, which was 4 Euro per glass -... More

Some of the best tapas we have had in Spain. The mozzarella cheese is to die for and everything was just spectacular. The service was great and the wine was delicious. Definitely go here!!!

Strawberry gazpacho, unusual tapas (like meat with pineapple...), varieties of fish cooked and presented in style, all representing "mini dishes" of fine cuisine, all very well prepared and very tasty. Fast, attentive, courteous service, even though we arrived close to the 4:00PM break. Sidewalk setting, mainly locals, excellent experience!

My friend and I went to lots of tapasbars in Sevilla, but also in the rest of Andalucía. And believe me, this is one of the best we discovered! The restaurant has won 4 years the "best tapa of the town"-price and they deserve it! We ate: - wan-tun de sanfaina - secreto ibérico with special things (this was the... More

This was a few steps from our hotel so we got a table on the sidewalk and had a late light dinner--they had sold out of the fish so we had some potatas braves, tempura fried vegetables and a glass of wine it was all very good--our server had a great sense of humor and way more English then we had... What a wonderful little place to have some Tapas. Delightful staff and high quality food, not to mention the delicious Sangria. We had a wonderful mid afternoon meal and drink that we decided to go back on our last full day in Seville to sample more of their delights.

This so called tapas restaurant offers very untraditional but very good small plates. Options include hamburg, vegetable won tons, tomato/mozzarella salad and Moroccan chicken. Everything was well prepared and the service was friendly and helpful. Probably not the place to go to experience Spanish tapas, but a welcome relief if that has been your diet for the last several days!

I've been going here for some years during regular visits to Sevilla. From the beginning in 2006 (I think!) they have tried to produce different and innovative tapas - Wan Tun for example, prawns in filo pastry, and excellent beef tapas. However is this last visit I found the place a little tired. The menu was less interesting than previously.... More

The Tapas were very good. I liked very much the risoto de pato y calabaza and the brochetes de ternera. There are good choices of red wine. The desserts are not so good. Ask for prices before you order.
