Just perfect

We went there for lunch and were wellcome with a friendly smile. The place is tiny but the food was great. Everything is cooked on demande and the flavour ans taste were the proof. Don't miss this one.

If you want a truly extraordinary tapas experience in Sevilla visit this place. Fusion style tapas combined with the friendliest service and just a nice ambience. Full to capacity on a Friday night but you eat with the locals and the feel is genuine and welcoming. A must in Sevilla!!

Like some previous reviewers, we went to this restaurant initially because it was close to an apartment we rented on calle Santa Clara & Lumbreras. The woman who works there was so warm and welcoming that we returned a couple more times, even though we had relocated to an areas with plenty of restaurants. She is knowledgeable about wines and... I used to live nearby so I was coming to the place often. The kitchen is great and the menu changes together with the season and the selection of products. The selection of wines is amazing and they include both locals and foreign. Staff is also kind and attentive, and have great knowledge about food. Only con is that they... More

Only spanish people eating here. We were the only tourists. Hard to find and not in the touristy area. Great staff, very good food and cheap! The only thing to point out is that the light is too bright... :) Will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends!

On holidays we do not often eat at the same place twice. Usually if we enjoy the food and the atmosphere at a particular restaurant we try to top the experience by researching even more comprehensively before visiting the next restaurant. This place was so fantastic the first night it had no trouble luring us back. The menu could be... More

Liked the food here - modern tapas. There were roadworks outside when we were there (sept 2013) but sure that is over now.

We found this tapas bar on the opposite corner as the apartment we rented. What a GEM! The ladies were so helpful with our order, and the locals in there loved to visit with us. WE ordered toast and fresh squeezed orange juice, and it was just what this couple needed to start our day. Could not have been better!

Our family went to Lumbreras following the TA reviews. We have struggled with tapas in general, finding that we need to take a shotgun approach to ordering and then reorder our favorites. That worked well here, with the chicken curry salad, teriyaki, and swordfish being the repeats. Arroz Cremoso, not so much. The other thing to know is the setting... More

A great find! Top quality tapas and drinks in the low/moderate price range. My wife and I ate there most nights we spent in Seville and were always shocked that our bill was so little for the quality of food and drink we were served.
