RECOMMENDED: Just off the tourist beat and easy enough to find, Dos de Mayo is a nice mix of both locals and tourists. A real tapas bar, a lot of energy during the day and at night giving you a real flavor for Seville. Prices are modest, service fast and food quite good. This is bar food, so... read more

Fabulous location with outdoor seating. The food was lovely and very reasonable. Platters of cuttlefish, octopus, grilled prawns, anchovies potato with garlic mayo plus two bottles of beer each for four of us came to 53 Euros - under £10 per person. Staff very jovial and welcoming. We liked it so much we went back twice!!!

We ate here on a recommendation and were we glad we did! So much so we came back the same day for dinner! It's really cool but takes a while to figure out how it works. You check out the menu, write what you want to order and hand it in. When your food is ready they shout out your... More

Went here with my wife and baby boy to have some tapas for dinner. The menu has a large choice of tapas and the pictures make it easy to choose. You have to order your food at the bar and when your dishes are ready the staff often draws your attention by yelling out loud. It gives the whole place... More

Such a great scene at this little spot! We walked in on a packed evening right after we'd checked in to our hotel, and the place was jumping and loud. We were starving, exhausted and came very close to walking out amidst the bustling chaos of the place. Luckily, we got some eye contact at the exact right moment wanting... More

This place was really great. I was there with 2 other friends, and we ordered the croquetas, gambas al ajillo, solomillo, and a few other tapas that I'm forgetting. It's a self-serve restaurant, so you have to place orders at the bar. The staff are very lively and friendly. The place was packed when we were there, but the server... More

Stayed in Hotel America and the reception recommended Dos de Mayo for great food and boy did it not disappoint! The place was crowded, but we managed to get seats really quickly! Service was quick too, though we had to pick up our own food as the service staff were busy busy busy! The selection of tapas was by far... More

For sure it's one of the best bodegas in Seville, serving a wide variety of tapas, pratos, and desserts too. You order in the counter, they'll prepare the dish as you go back to your table, and once ready they call you to come pick it up. Nice and friendly service, worked perfectly.

This is a awesome and affordable spot in a different part of town. You must put in your order at the bar and tell them your table number. Everything we had was delicious. They have so many choices and all looked very fresh.

We tried to go for tapas here on a Saturday night and it was so busy we couldn't squeeze in! Tried again Sunday night and got a table. Tapas was great and the wine was good too. Nice atmosphere with a mixture of locals and tourists. Most tapas plates €2.50 - the tortilla with chorizo was delicious! It was so... More
