Wonderful tapas

This restaurant was recommended by one of the employees at the hotel we stayed at. We had a good range of tapas and they were all delicious. The service was efficient but not as friendly as we enjoyed at some other places we went to. The overall bill was very reasonable for what we had and we... read more

My husband and I went for dinner tonight. The tapas were delicious, an explosion of flavour in each of them. The service was efficient but not very friendly. Fair price/quality, I would definitely recommand.

We booked a table on the terrace months ago, but they had no record of it. However, we were accommodated there anyway, so a tick for that. We had just two plates, the langoustine burger and the oxtail. Both were sublime. Another big tick. The house red was marginal, but adequate. The terrace itself is unnecessary, as you see nothing... We called in for dinner on a Saturday night fairly late and were pleasantly suprised with the quality of the food. We tried the tournedos of beef tenderloin, patatas con mojo rojo, chilli chicken, barbeque ribs and for pudding had chocolate brownie and cheese cake. Other than the brownie (which was a little dry) the food was very good indeed... More

I am grateful to our driver Jesus who recommended Al Aljibe, as a good quality and value non tourist restaurant. He was spot on. it was the highlight of our eating out in Seville. We liked it so much we went back, It was just as good the second time. It's very popular with the locals, so be sure to... More

My husband and I had lunch on the terrace of this restaurant on a beautiful sunny day in Seville. We found the tapas to be very good and the price to be extremely reasonable. Definitely the restaurant to go to when visiting the Alameda de Hercules.

I'm giving this place 4 stars for the food, because the tapas we had were really, really good - particularly a chicken rice dish. We had to wait for an outside table, and the two glasses of white wine we ordered in the bar were so warm we had to ask for ice cubes to put into the glasses. We... More

This restaurant is set on a busy square and was always busy. We sat downstairs and also on the beautiful really rooftop terrace. We ate tapas and shared 8 dishes between 4 of us . All the food was first class and it was reasonably priced as well.

We were really pleased we managed to get a table on the balcony and we were impressed when we first got there. It went downhill from then on. The service was dreadful (and I don't mean just 'mañana' pace - we are relaxed on holiday and don't need to rush). Us and other tables waited for food that was ok... More

The restaurant was recommended by out apartment staff and they were spot on. It is on one of the main squares and as soon as it opened up it was very obviously a popular spot with the locals. After a very short time the downstairs tables were full and they only served plates not tapas upstairs. Arrive early! The Tapas... More
