The best we had in Seville; worthy of all the high praise

This was one of the best restaurants that we ate in Seville. Our experience was faultless, save for perhaps the waiting time to receive a table, and the restaurant being so full. The various tapas were extraordinarily delcious. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, and each morsel and... read more

This is certainly the place to go if you want to be sure that the ingredients are excellent and the meal will be well prepared. After having a breakfast at La Azotea in Calle Mateos Gago, 8, we tried this version of La Azotea for dinner. Both tapas restaurants are probably among the best in Sevilla, and have a highly... Everything we read was true...a happening little restaurant/bar that was packed with locals and informed tourists. A short spell at the bar and then our table was ready. Very professional service from a very likeable waiter. Menu choices are of a wide array as well as ways to share them. The action in the kitchen is easy to watch, right... More

La Azotea's menu is a great representation of Andalucia's gastronomy, keeping the traditional tapas and restaurants tradition but in a modern and attractive envoronment....and the food is extraordinaire! try the Carrilleras and Solomillo, memorable!

We went here for dinner as a pre Valentine and like every reviewer pointed out get here early. We got there for 8.30pm and it was packed within 15min. The staff were very friendly and for any families this place is ideal as the staff were attentive with my 2 yr old even though they were busy. They provided a... More

after spending 10 days in seville, what a find this little place turned out to be! very innovative, high quality food served in a comfortable room by lovely people. we had the tastiest baby clams with tiny artichokes sautéed in garlic and olive oil (fantastic!), a local seasonal mushroom called Guremolos grilled with iberian ham and Argentinian grilled beef with... We went for dinner in a week day and it was very busy. It is a small place so get there early or try to make a reservation if possible. The ingredients used are of the highest quality. All there dishes while based in traditional tapas are very creative beautiful presented and really delicious. The prices are fair and the... More

We didn't book, so sat/stood at the bar eating tapas. Packed. Great house wine (Tamaral Crianza). Had tuna belly, pork cheek in red wine, fillet of aged beef. All excellent. Good service too. Best meal on our tour

After seeing a flaminco show, we decided to go out to dinner. In doing a little research I found this little place. This place is totally AMAZING! The decor is simple but trendy. As you enter your feel the energy of the place. No crazy or hectic, but a nice place with decent music and nice decor. Our waiter Jose... More
