We ate here on the first night of our visit to Seville. The restaurant itself was crowded with non-Spanish speaking tourists which may have explained why our waiter Marco was so grumpy and impatient with some of the customers. Still, we kept trying our Spanish and another more pleasant waiter was able to rescue us. The food was good and... More

Great food, amazing value for money and friendly service in this Triana restaurant. Waiter was very patient with our attempts at Spanish, highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed in the triana side of Sevilla for four nights and ended up eating here 3 times! The food is really traditional and tasty and reasonably priced too. Typical tapas portion around 3 euros, medium plates around 7-8 euros. For 2 of us we tended to find that 2 medium plates and 2-3 tapas dishes was... More

Okay, I know that any restaurant in Seville is going to be slammed on a Sunday afternoon, but the staff here seems to have perfected the art of ignoring guests. The food and drink (once we had moved from a table to the bar to get someone's attention) was only average. This was not a language issue, my husband is... More

We enjoyed this place so much we ate here two nights in four night stay. It has a great corner of street location with tables outside and in. The inside is decorated in a very Spanish/ bull fighting festival style and has a nice atmosphere. One could think it was for tourists but most of the customers were locals, always... More

Spent a fabulous afternoon here ordering plenty of food, wine, sherry throughout the day. Staff were attentive without being overbearing and were good humoured. Quality Tapas all round but I don't think I will ever order Calamari at another restaurant as these guys are the Gold Standard

We were two people wanting relaxed Tapas. This area of the Triana is charming and genuine and there are other nice dining options nearby. The restaurant had been recommended by our hotel. The waiter appeared in an extreme hurry and could would) not speak any English. Food when it arrived was slung on the table. Bread was hard. One course... More

Service was rather perfunctory and the food wasn't great. Nice enough setting and reasonably priced though.

We three had a delicious, well-served lunch at this scenic and historic bar/restaurant, located just behind the 'Mercado de Triana' (Triana Market...a fun visit in itself). Our servers' English was limited (good French though), but we managed to order and enjoy grilled red snapper, omelettes, a tapa of stewed 'carrillada Iberico' (typical Andalusian pig cheeks in gravy...yummmy!) and a platter... Was also recommended by our host, and we came in pretty late at night. All of the food looked simple, but was delicious and authentic (nothing "soaked in oil and with french fries"), and I can say that the portion sizes are good as well. A great local place to eat.
