Great paella in an Italian restaurant

We had walked past this charming cellar of a restaurant a few times, and finally ducked in, when hit by a huge rainstorm Spanish restaurants have not yet taken up the execrable US habit of an unrelenting din of soul crushing noise, and this a no exception. In addition to excellent service, we had... read more

This is an enjoyable restaurant - probably worth somewhere between 3 and 4 rating here The food is good, but quite unsophisticated huge portions. Our goats cheese salad starters were enough for two. Lasagne was tasty and homemade The service is swift and friendly Go here, you won't be disappointed.

We chanced on this while trying to find a fish place. Ordered salmon and paella. Blown away by the paella. The ambience was great and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

This is a really busy restaurant with a nice ambiance with the brick from ancient Arab baths. The service was top notch. Salads and pastas were amazing. Go for the fresh tagliatelle. Pizza just ok....not the nice Italian style crust. Recommend flamenco show next door followed by dinner here for an excellent night out.

Beautifully decorated with crispy white linen on the table. Upon entering there is a large vase with lilies spreading a pungent and dominant odor throughout the restaurant. After we were set on our table we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone asks us what to drink. The appetizers appear in order. The pork tenderloin was (too) very well done.... More

After seeing a show at Casa de la Guitarra, we decided that we needed a change of pace from the very good Tapas restaurants. We settled on San Marco...what a GREAT find. We ordered several dishes: Lasagna, pizza, salad. Everything was delicious and the portions were big enough for a family of four. The staff was very nice and the... More

I went to San Marco, also known as "Barrio de Santa Cruz, Baño Árabe Siglo XII". This is an Italian restaurant within a few minutes walk from the cathedral. It used to be an old Arab Bathhouse. Entrees are very large and other meals are generous in size. Great service and atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. It'd unusual... More

Excellent Italian restaurant with distant terrace views of the Cathedral! It was our last night in Seville and a great finish. Although we felt like dining al fresco, the restaurant inside was incredibly designed, with elegant and romantically placed tables at different levels. Really idyllic and unique, with a simply unbelievable ambience! The service was good and the food even... More

Sounds paradoxical that in an arabic bath form the 12th century we were able to find one of the best italian restaurant, located in the south of spain! Personally i was delighted to met the owner from this property who was from Italy. After that I clearly understand the well ellaborted dishes which have been produced by the restaurant. My... More

The restaurant is in a historic old building in the heart of seville's old town. Serving traditional Italian food and local/national spanish wines. I recommend the cheese board, literally some of the best I've had in the world. Service was swift and friendly. Only gripe I had was the building itself - a little stuffy/claustrophobic (no windows). It's a small... More
