Lovely atmosphere and nice staff. Didn't think the food was amazing, but it was very nice. We had Roquefort cheese with blackberry jam, but it came with crackers, no bread was available. The best thing is it's great value for money, and there's plenty of choice. Would go again.

I have been in Coloniales a couple of times and I love it. The staff are friendly and patient as they always try to accommodate to our needs. The food is fabulous and cheap and I would reccomend the pechuga de pollo con salsa de almendras, papas bravas, tomates alinados and pollo a la castellana. You will not regret it.

I'm Spanish and this place has to be one of the best value for money I've ever been to in Spain. Great meat dishes especially and surprisingly big plates of food considering the modest prices...what can you say when you're a man in your 20s with a big appetite and you have 2 small beers and too much food for... You wont't expect a gourmet experience but it is a good option for tapas on a superb price. Dont forget to try solomillo al roquefort!

Had lunch in this place with my wife and teenaged kids. This place is crowded and loud but the food is fabulous ands worth the long wait. We waited 45 minutes plus on December 27th for a table for four. We enjoyed the mix of tapas. Their Iberian rime cut pork was simply out of this world. We had vegetarians... More

Crowded so get there early. Four of us ate and drank for 45 euros - not bad. The food was mixed...the Roquefort plate was tasty as was the eggplant with honey. The chicken with almond sauce was tender but the sauce was very bland. The patatas bravas were standard. We also enjoyed the cuttlefish and the tuna.

First up, what is it with Spain and vegetables? Many days on our trip to Andalucia were spent looking in vain for veg in restaurants. I was dreaming of carrots, aubergines, artichokes...whatever was veggy was good. While Los Coloniales didn't fully resolve my dilemma, the food was so wonderful that it cheered me up immensely. The carrots in vinigarette startled... More

visited this place yesterday and don't understand the high rating it has received...the waiter was unfriendly, the tapas menu was limited to peppers on a plate with two rolls and we had to ask for our change getting the feeling that they hoped we'd leave it for them...nine euros for two 10 oz cokes, two rolls and a plate of... We were staying in an apartment just around the corner in Calle Descalzos so this was our local bar. And the owners of the apartment had recommended it, amongst others. We had lunch there on 2/3 days as the food was so good. In particular we would recommend the solomillo - there are a several to choose from and we... More

Actually I had lunch at the Los Coloniales 2, near the cathedral. The waiters were very kind, the food was very good and the beer, too. Seville is fantastic not only the historical buildings, but tapas bars, too. The Los Coloniales 1 was full when I wanted to have lunch there. There were people waiting for empty places under the big tree... More
