A PLEASANT PLACE FOR AN EARLY MEAL!

We finally got hungry after a long day of walking in Seville and found this restaurant open by 7 pm which was unusual for most Spanish cities. I ordered a full course menu which offered a broccoli cream soup and roast pork and dessert but my wife decided on the ox tail instead. The food was nicely... read more

The staff could care less about anyone. Completely worthless. The table next to us was complaining about dirty plates and rather than get new plates, the staff argued that they weren't dirty enough. ALSO, the food isn't even that good. As a matter of fact, the whole area around the Cathedral is very touristy and the food is not very... More

Located on a side street immediately behind the cathedral, this nice little restaurant offers good food in a pleasant setting. We enjoyed tapas and sangria at an outdoor table on a sunny afternoon. Service was quick and courteous.

Our first choice restaurants were all closed as it was a Sunday evening so we ended up trying this place. The quality of the food was very disappointing. We had to return some food as it was cold and my veal steak was virtually raw! Staff dealt with complaint but showed not real desire to be friendly. This is a... More

We ate here several time and were not disappointed. The service was good and the tapas had plenty of choice . Found the staff very helpful and friendly. We ate lunch and our evening meal here.

We stopped here after visiting the cathedral. The location is great with good outdoor seating and a pleasant street. The food was well priced and tasty. I would recommend ordering the tapas portion of the meal of the day. On Monday it was meat with potatoes and the dish was hearty and delicious. The full portion was large so the... More

Am sitting here now. To be honest, we were disappointed with this restaurant. We wanted to order tapas à la carte but were told that they only have the five tapas "surprise". When we asked what they were, they couldn't tell us. Had the "ox steak" and the meat was good. Wish they'd served it with something other than chips/fries.

Loved the period interior and had a good cosy vibe to the whole place. Enjoyed a three course meal. The cold soup took me by surprise but it was good. Nice simple pork dinner was tasty. Nice unhealthy dessert too. Good beer and creamy coffee too. Friendly staff.

The atmosphere seated outside was brilliant with this place located just outside the exit from the Catedral de Sevilla. The people running this place are very efficient. We found the place packed in spite of other competing restaurants located adjacent. They had a promo running of a lovely 5 course tapas (includes desert as the 5th course) for about 10... More

Excellent simply prepared high quality meat and seafood. The mixed skewers with two sauces were presented so nicely. No problems switching out potatoes for veg or salad. We feared the location and historic claims would mean tourist trap but no. We'd return happily.
