This place is situated not far from the main square and has tables outside in a nice tree lined square. Although some of the menu items were not available the waitresses were very helpful and willing to show the fresh fish on offer. We had sole and corvina cooked to perfection. All the food was nicely presented and served in... More

We had dinner at this venue which is located in a nice square downtown. I expected better but unfortunately I had a bad experience. We ordered their special revuelto de la casa, gazpacho, squid balls and squids in black ink. Dishes were very average, salad was extremely salty, bread was old. Service was really superficial. It's expensive. I'd pass.

Wide menu, good service, and the flexibility of inside or outside dining. A real Spanish experience.

Just finished an extraordinary dinner! Everything was perfect. From the owner Manolo to the Ukranian server to the exceptional food the experience was unique in Huelva.

We had a wonderful dinner in this place, local products fresh and carefully prepared, a must for seafood and fish lovers, excellent wine list, very nice service. Will return on my next visit.

From the moment you are greated by the owner you know the place is good. I know the area well but have not been back for years, the cuisine is exactly what I remember, fresh local seafood, olive oil, garlic and sea salt, trust me simplicity is wonderful... The "revueltos", scramble eggs, are amazing so are the coquinas (the sweetest... More

Awful Staff, unfriendly, really expensive and were served last night leftover. The owner, an old guy after the bar, was really stiff, really bad manners with his staff. Not recommended at all!!!.

I love morcilla, and each time I visit Huelva I return to El Portichuelo to enjoy the revuelto (scramble) with morcilla y ajetes. This is an excellent dish; we haven't found others on the menu that match it for scrumptiousness. The wines are quite good --the Ribera del Duero by the glass is of note.

Una comida exquisita, de una calida magnífica. El pescado impresionante. La única pega que le pongo al local es que la zona de tapas es demasiado pequeña.
