Amazing food, good wines, great view

We had lunch at the Mirador Morayma on a sunny Monday afternoon. Just two salads, but they were refined and superb. A very nice bottle of wine (the Alqueria de Morayma Cosecha 2012). An extremely friendly waiter. And a view to die for ( The Alhambra)!!!

Our BnB host in Albaizin recommended this and it was just around the corner from our flat. What a great meal with a wonderful view of Alhambra at night. The beef tenderloin and Iberian pork shoulder we had were among the best we have ever had anywhere. Our servers spoke English so it was all good.

Its hard to find so have a route planned in advance. There are a few helpful signs but still could be hard to find at night in the dark. Very crowded and noisy at 8pm so you can tell it was full of tourists. Spaniards don't eat this early. Even with my Spanish husband so no language issues, the order... More

Excellent food served by a super-friendly staff in this cloistered place overlooking La Alhambra. The degustation menu with a bottle of house wine is perfect for two people. We arrived there from Plaza Nueva and it was a long, serpentine walk uphill, so wear comfortable shoes! The quality of the food, the service and the view will make it worth... More

We enjoyed it very much. Delicious food and great views from the outside. We walked there from our hotel and it was a fun walk. There are great views of the Alhambra which is beautifully lit at night. I had a wonderful salad and pork shoulder with figs. It was one of the best meals we had while traveling in... More

Our experience was fantastic. We were fortunate & had lunch on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Alahambra, started off with a nice bottle of wine, morcilla (Spanish blood sausage) that was the best I have ever had, havas with ham & egg & lamb chops & seared tuna as our main dish. The food was excellent, our... More

Granada offers so many places to eat, especially lovely tapas, making choosing a restaurant the day after New Years day when many are closed, not easy, but a hotel recommendation sent us to the Mirador de Morayma. We experienced friendly and efficient service throughout our meal, and when leaving, care and courtesy, as we were helped to find our way... More

We saw this restaurant featured on the show "From Spain with Love" and knew we had to eat there on our trip to Granada. My only regret is that I didn't get to see the beauty of the Carmen during the day, but at night the view of the Alhambra lit up was worth it! We took a taxi up... More

Went here with a group of friends for an arranged luncheon. The service, the food, the wine, the desserts, the location and view were all memorable. The Chef visited the table often to explane the dishes and to serve. There were very attentive. It is not easy to find but it iwas definetely worth the visit.
