More traditional than los Diamantes in the Plaza Nueva

There are several locations of this chain of Tapas bars. This one, in the very touristy Calle Navas manages to keep its traditional feel without being touristy like the rest of the tapas bars on that street. It is busy and filled with locals, there for the very good seafood. Much of it is served... read more

We chanced upon this restaurant as we were walking in Granada and we noticed a lot of locals inside and outside trying to get in. We ordered beer and got free tapas as is the custom in Granada. The food was simply amazing. The place, although a chain, felt very homey and genuine. I try to avoid the term "authentic"... More

This place was where I lost my 'Granada tapas virginity', and looking back I don't think I could have picked a better place. Their mixed platter of various fried fish is simply delicious and matches perfectly with the local beer, and the wonderful experience is completed by superbly relaxed and joyful atmosphere and service. Muy bueno.

Wonderful place to get a fish meal and mingle with locals & tourists alike. For drinks it is best to stick to either beer or wine.

What a great restaurant in Granada. The food and service are wonderful. Amazing fresh seafood. For every drink you order you are given a free tapas. The plates they bring are fantastic. We did not have a bad one and we were brought 3 free plates. Enjoy the local beer Alhambra while you are there.

Noisy, crowded (even on a Thursday night) but a "must visit" tapas bar. You won't believe the quantity and the quality of food you get for 10 euros. For each glass of beer you order you get a "tapas" for free. So don't order extra plates before you get your tapas.

Los Diamantes is one of best tapas bars in Granda. It was very close to my rental apartment. I ate one night in there. It was delicious. If you like seefood tapas and beer than this place is for you. Price is normal. Place is crowded but you can find an empty place. Recommended.

The first glance is misleading but the best sign is that it is full of Spaniards .... a typical local tapas bar before ordering any tapas order your drink of choice (wine or beer, etc) .... soon after the tapas will start to appear without asking- this is the tradition here ... and the tapas are truly delicious. The Andulusians... More
