Entwine tradition and vanguard. We perform a traditional Grenadian cuisine, Andalusia, artless, simple but striking, adapted to changing times, using current techniques and products of the soil, seasonal and premium merging the Christian Arab, and Jewish. Our cuisine consists solely of a weekly tasting menu, which defines the sensitivity for cooking and respect for seasonal produce. We also have a wine list with more than 100 national and international references, with particular attention to local wines.

Thrilled by every course

I found this via Tripadvisor, looking for somewhere for our anniversary, that was better than the admittedly perfect good tourist restaurants. I love Granada and we god there whenever we can, but hadn't heard of this before. My husband was a little dubious when we first found it. Understandably because of its somewhat dull location. And we were the only... More

After my visits to Granada I remain very satisfied with the treatment, service and the excellent food of this restaurant. In my next visit it will not hesitate to return.

Tucked away down a small street away from the centre of town this won't get a lot of passing trade, especially as if you look at the menu you see there is just one choice, a 6-course taster menu. This is why when you book a table the chef asks for a list of allergies in your party, so she... More

We went to this restaurant with high expectations and came out feeling a little disappointed. Let me start with the positives. The restaurant itself is very stylish and tastefully decorated. The two waiters were very professional, helpful and spoke English. The food was beautifully presented and the wines paired with each dish were excellent. We were even offered "top-ups" of... More

The restaurant offers only tasting menu . The food was excellent, we chose the option of paring wines. It was wonderful, different wines to each serving. The service was perfect, the waiter's English was good too. We ate in this tour in Andalusia in two restaurants with star of Michelin, both were less good than this one. The price is... More

Spanish cooking is the world's best these days, and Damasqueros is right up there. It's hard to find -- down a nondescript block from a bar of the same name -- but worth the effort. We were two couples who paired Crianza (not Reserva) wines with the tasting menu and every course delighted us. The pairing of the appetizer with... More

We went with our friends. 9 people. When we got there, we were presented with a menu of 5 items;2 fish and 3 porks. The waiter right away said that this is our only choice. When he came back, We explained that 2 of us cannot eat neither fish nor pork. We were told they can replace one with "meat"... More

The smokey olive oil on the roast beef was so good I had to find a bottle to take home next day. Wonderful wine pairings with the tasting menu.

Food was excellent and the matching of the wines to the food was superb and also interesting. They deserve more accolades and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a interest in food and wine who is visiting Granada.

We had a wonderful dinner on our visit to Granada. The food was outstanding, the service friendly and helpful, and the wine pairings were excellent. One of the best meals we had during two weeks in Spain, easily equal to others at restaurants with a Michelin star. And best of all a fantastic value, both for the meal and the... More
