Entwine tradition and vanguard. We perform a traditional Grenadian cuisine, Andalusia, artless, simple but striking, adapted to changing times, using current techniques and products of the soil, seasonal and premium merging the Christian Arab, and Jewish. Our cuisine consists solely of a weekly tasting menu, which defines the sensitivity for cooking and respect for seasonal produce. We also have a wine list with more than 100 national and international references, with particular attention to local wines.

Impeccable service

The smokey olive oil on the roast beef was so good I had to find a bottle to take home next day. Wonderful wine pairings with the tasting menu.

We went with our friends. 9 people. When we got there, we were presented with a menu of 5 items;2 fish and 3 porks. The waiter right away said that this is our only choice. When he came back, We explained that 2 of us cannot eat neither fish nor pork. We were told they can replace one with "meat"... More

Food was excellent and the matching of the wines to the food was superb and also interesting. They deserve more accolades and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a interest in food and wine who is visiting Granada.

We had a wonderful dinner on our visit to Granada. The food was outstanding, the service friendly and helpful, and the wine pairings were excellent. One of the best meals we had during two weeks in Spain, easily equal to others at restaurants with a Michelin star. And best of all a fantastic value, both for the meal and the... More

Reserved a table whilst on holiday for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed our dinner very much. We chose a fine aged Rioja, and let us recommend a glass of Cava and a glass of Spanish white wine to start with - all three were excellent. As was the Food - the tasting menu was fantastic and we were pretty full... More

We had the good fortune to visit Damasqueros on the evening of Thursday 4 June, to celebrate our brother's birthday, and we were treated to their six course tasting menu with paired wines. Every course was exquisitely presented and provided a flavour of some of the specialities of Andalucia. Service was discretely excellent. We left at 12.45 in the morning... More

We went here for an anniversary dinner while in Granada, and it was on par with if not better than the two other excellent tasting menu experiences we had in Spain in Girona and Avila. All the courses were delightful, and the waiter, who reminded me of Topher Grace, was very nice. For two of us with two glasses of... More

The menu changes weekly. We have been served a well balanced and extremely delicious selection of different foods, all inspired by the Spanish/Andalusian cuisine. Each course was accompanied by a perfectly selected wine. Very quiet and modern but still warm ambiance, well trained staff and great presentation of the different meals. Each was a new surprising and exquisit experience.

Walking along the street to Damasqueros made us wonder why such a well-rated restaurant seems so isolated among ordinary houses and business premises, but any worries evaporated as we were welcomed into this smart and busy venue. None of us would have chosen all that was served on the Andalusian tasting menu, or the Spanish wines that formed the 'matched'... More

Well constructed 5-6 course degustation menu using quality ingredients, beautifully cooked and presented and with considerable originality. Excellent new fit-out in an out of the way position. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Too warm in dining room all night. Interesting wines but several reds were presented too cold and did not open up until the food was eaten. Overall highly recommended.
