Great sushi restaurant to go to in Granada. The Wakame fresh and in perfect presentation, the sushi and shashimi very fresh and nicely done. Variety of fish could be a bit broader. Best desert I had in a long time! Staff was very friendly and professional.

Looking for something different in my 3rd week of eating spanish food, I came with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised to find very good sushi and Japanese style steak at Zakuro. The sushi was well made, balanced between fish and rice, held together nicely, with nice presentation. The steak was tender and hearty and did not cost a fortune.... More

I got tired of eating raw ham and sausages and salamis etc. I went for the more simple food. Found this Japanese restaurant without not much expectations. The restaurant was hidden and knowing it was up there walking up the bridge we found it. Its near the Arab Baths. So the service was good food was good. The soy sauce... More

From the bad smell in the restaurant, to the not very good professionality of the waitress... From the bad rice to the very expensive sushi... Not a good experience.

After eating at various Japanese restaurants in different cities, we could only say that Zakuro failed to satisfy our taste buds fully. We ordered prawn miso soup which arrived lukewarm and the prawns were tough. We could have done with a hot miso soup on a winters evening. Our sushi order was Californian selection and Salmon Sashimi. I must say we didnt... More

Stumbled on this place for lunch and had the €12 meal of the day. Had the freshest Gyoza I've ever had and the best Sushi plate ever. Very impressed.

I strongly recommend a visit to this restaurant, the sushi was delicious, among the best I've ever had! Cooked right when you order, this is fresh and made on the spot. No frozen stuff like most restaurants do... The service was great, we had a lovely waitress who spoke Spanish, English and Japanese, and was very welcoming. Price wise, I'd... More

The prices are quite high for granada - our bill was 80 euro for 4 persons. The desert Tiramisu with green tea and Salmon in teriyaki souce are AMAZING!
