We stopped in this tapas bar and were dissapointed. The service was very slow and it took several attempts to get any waiters attention even though there seemed to be quite a few staff and managers around and we were seated inside less than 3 metres away from them. The tapas was not cheap and it was the first place... More

We ordered a paella and they apparently got it from the restaurant next door and then charged us more than we would have paid there. The service was poor and staff indifferent, I would definitely not go back

This review is for the restaurant... The food was beautiful and very reasonably priced. We had 5 tapas and two beers for under €20 and they were of a great quality. We had the ham croquettes which were to die for so creamy, the tortilla, patatas bravas, a dish with 'miga' and chorizo and the black pudding. Would recommend this... More

This review is for the tapas bar - four of us went twice and enjoyed our drinks and tapas - great location being very close to the cathedral - first time we went at Sunday lunch time and the bars and streets were crowded with locals out and about enjoying themselves - we went back 2 nights later and had... This place (the cafe/restaurant on Plaza Bib-Rambla rather than the Alhambra palace and grounds!) serves the best churros I have ever tasted. There's a lovely mix of tourists and locals enjoying churros, coffees and chats in the morning, so the outdoor seating area is a lovely spot to people-watch and soak up the atmosphere of the cafe and the bustling... The # 1 place to visit in Spain. Wow to see how people lived back then is super neat. This site needs a whole day, lots of walking because there is much to see and understand the history. Absolutely beautiful and I would definitely visit again. Highly recommend reservations, parking it convenient, gift shop is excellent, take lots of stunning... More

The Cafeteria Alhambra (Plaza Bib-Rambla) is famous for its hot chocolate and 'churros' which are absolutely wonderful (about 5 churros per plate, by the way). We were quite hungry when we went there so we had dinner, too.My partner had the swordfish and it was amazing - maybe the most perfectly cooked I've tasted.
