Good food - but the best view imaginable?

Lovely terrace in cobbled car-free streets 15 minutes walk from the main square. Excellent fondue and grilled meats. But let's be realistic. The food is lovely and the service friendly. Lovely terrace in cobbled car-free streets 15 minutes walk from the main square. Excellent fondue and grilled meats. But let's be realistic. The food is lovely and the service friendly. But the panorama's the thing. I doubt any restaurant, anywhere, can claim a better, totally uninterrupted vista than this. Go for the view. Honestly: even if the food were inedible,... More

We stumbled upon this place by accident and took a seat on the terrace and sipped vino rosado as we watched the sun go down over the Alhambra until it was dark and they lit the castle up. It is a fondue restaurant but the tapas, although without much choice, was very good and the staff were relaxed and friendly.

This restaurant has a door bell which you have to ring, and its located in a street in the old part of granada, which gives it the exquisite flavour. The service is sympathetic and flexible. People only arrive to have dinner after 21h, so dont book before or that otherwise you'll be eating alone. It's not a touristical restaurant but... More

Had dinner outside here with my friend in November. We were walking through the Albaycin and looking for a place to eat - didn't realize it would be so hard to find a place. We stumbled upon this place. Thought the fondue idea might be too fancy, but it was superb. We had a very romantic dinner on the patio... More

Here we had our best experience in Granada. Charming view of Alhambra right in front of you, wonderful location (a small terrace in the middle of Albaycín), perfectly attended and recommended by the staff, cosy atmosphere, excellent food, no tourists. Fondues, beef bourguignon, desserts, wines... it was all superb, very good value! Reservation is required.

After getting lost in the Albaizin neighborhood, we finally found our way to the Mirador San Nicholas. As luck would have it, the restaurant I booked for dinner -- El Agua -- was a few staircases below it. Exhausted and thirsty, we dragged ourselves to our table on the balcony overlooking the Alhambra. I'd booked the table for 8pm so... More

My partner and I went to this restaurant just a week ago, since a friend of mine told me that she had been there twice with her partner and they enjoyed it a lot. We had a salad, a mixed meat fondue and a typical Argentinian dessert to share, plus Alhambra beers. It cost 65 euros. We did enjoy everything,... More

Excellent restaurant with a spectacular view. The service was the best we have had in Granada. Loved the mixed meat fondue, the beef and pork were delicious as were the selection of dips. If you go here, leave room for the toblerone fondue desert - it is incredible! Thanks to the owner for accomodating our party of 5 so late... More

This restaurant is tucked up at the top of cobbled streets in the Albayzín neighborhood. We came here as a couple and had a magical meal. The view of the Alhambra from the outdoor tables is breathtaking. The main dishes are fondue - we had a fondue with cava and fruit which was delicious. They also serve tapas and more... More
