one of our best meals in Spain, the food is amazing, the staff are very helpful, they speak English and French, the house lemonade and mint is very tasty, the only problem was the food portion, maybe because i enjoyed the food i felt that the portion is little :) anyway, order the chicken with olive and lemon and you... We came across this restaurant after searching on the Internet for a halal place to eat in Granada and after reading the great reviews, decided to give it a try. Firstly the staff were wonderful and welcoming, even opening 10mins early for us as we were exhausted and starved after a long day at the Alhambra Palace. The restaurant itself... More

We stopped by Arrayanes on our first night in Granada which was really really hot so stepping into the cool morrish room was fantastic. We had some lemonade with mint which was truly refreshing and one of the Tajines which was truly lovely. Two days later we returned for lunch and were greeted by the owner who was really friendly... We gave it a try, because Granada and especially Albaicin has such great moorish feeling, that you just have to go for Arabic food at least once. We wanted something more then kebab and tiny chairs or sitting on floor and this place was stylish, cool and comfortable. The food came sort of randomly, some dishes took time, but at... More

This turned out to be our favorite restaurant in Granada. It's only a couple of blocks up from the Plaza Nueva and has an exotic charm that makes you feel like you just took a quick trip to Morroco ( without the hassles). Service was outstanding and the menu was laid out in 4 languages with good images. No booze,... More

This restaurant has great Moriccan food. We loved it so much we went back the second night. The service isn't fantastic but it's adequate. The menu is in several languages (Spanish, English, German, and French). We love tapas but after several days of it it's nice to have a change and this is a wonderful option. It's also well priced.... More

The restaurant manager is one of the best people in F&B. He speaks a variety of languages and has impeccable service standards as well as incredible modesty. My wife and I visited and went back the following day with my extended family. Unfortunately their oven broke down and there was a delay in the food which caused them some concern.... More

We were the first to arrive and were seated upstairs in an empty restaurant, our drink and food order was taken, 25 mins later we still never had drinks, then someone else came to see us asking how we were? I said we have already ordered he wanted to know what we had ordered, why not tell the truth and... More

If you're someone who enjoys sampling exotic cuisine, we highly recommend Arrayanes in Granada's El Albayzín district (old Arab quarter). This establishment offers savoury authentic Moroccan fare in a cosy ambiance intended for those of discerning tastes. It is a little-known fact that dignitaries from various social and political backgrounds have dined here. But don't let that discourage or intimidate... More
