We came to Arrayanes on Christmas Eve and it was clear that the staff was a bit flustered with the craziness of the night, but we still managed to have a great meal while relaxing on couches on the second floor. We were started with some smoothies and starters - hummus, baba ganoush, and some other mysterious but delicious sauces.... More

My teenaged kids are still talking about this meal. The food is excellent, a nice change during a 2 week trip in Spain. All 5 of us loved our meals. But the real star is the service. The owner is funny, interesting, and speaks perfect English, so you will get what you order.

Myself and my family unfortunately reserved this restaurant for our Christmas Eve meal. It was blatant profiteering and extremely bad value for average quality food. The special menu was E35 and remarkably so was the a la carte for starter, main, dessert, soft drink and tea.The soup was a poor mans chowder and the main which was supposed to be... More

This is a really nice restaurant in the typical neighborhood of Albaycín so take a map with you if you get easily lost. Bear that in mind as you will have to walk to get there and parking nearby might be difficult. Depending on the day, you might need to book ahead, it is not very large. The staff here... More

Arrayanes serves the most authentic Moroccan food in Granada. The restaurant is small, so come early or you might have to wait. The ambiance is very nice, with a small indoor fountain, and Middle-Eastern music. Food is authentic, and very tasty. Don;t forget to try the soups. Staff is very friendly. Note that Arrayanes is a traditional restaurant that is... More

In a town with several middle eastern specialty restaurants, this one stood out for its charming ambiance, authentic & good food quality, and most of all for the time the owner Mustafa spent with us. He chatted with us like old friends and made us feel welcome in his "home." Beware that, to uphold its authenticity, no alcohol is served... More

Excellent food. I had the Tajin de Cordero, and which was amazing. All staff is kind, and the price very good. One of the best place in Granada

Similar to other reviewers we went here to get a brief respite from tapas during our Spain trip. I found the food to be excellent. We had the ensalada degustation which had hummus babaganoush and some salad all of which were excellent. We then proceeded to over order and got 3 dishes - a tajine, mixed skewers and a kofta... We went here for a late lunch after a full morning in the Alhambra. The food was tasty - the fresh lemon and mint juice, the chicken pastelas and the desserts in particular - and it made a nice change from tapas. The decor was lovely, with a very Arabian feel and looked more inviting than some of the other... More
