The view is perfect

A perfect way to cap off a visit to the Alhambra. Lunch or dinner overlooking the valley, the magnificent Alhambra and the snow capped mountains framing the lot make for a spectacular view. The view of the Alhambra is magnificent but so is the food. We had wonderful scallops, tender lamb, lovely vegetables and super deserts. Staff are delightful, hard to fault. Not cheap but for this quality perfectly reasonable.

We saw this place and entered clearly ensnared by the remarkable views across to the Al Hambra. We sat down and despite a number of young waiters scurrying around it seemed most were blind to our prescence despite the venue being very quiet. We eventually got served and the drinks arrived pretty quickly. We ordered some tapas which to say... More

View, Gin drink, Tapas=the perfect evening in Granada. Service is excellent, the view is simply the most ridiculously gorgeous thing at dusk or after. The atmosphere is pretty mellow, Servers are efficient and let you enjoy yourself but also keep up on your food or beverage needs. When we arrived there weren't any available tables but the gracious Host pointed... More

This restaurant is an open terrace with magnificent views to the Alhambra, very close to the Mirador de San Nicolás (St Nicholas Lookout). Service is very poor, and prices are so exaggerated that you should avoid this place only for that. As an example, 3.50 for a 200ml coke and 5.50 for a simple green tea. Other examples: croquettes 18... More

Superb bar / restaurant with the most wonderful views across to the Alhambra with Sierra Nevada's snow topped mountains in the background. Perfect spot for a relaxing drink with very good food and just sit and soak it all in for a couple of hours. Must be good--we made the climb up 3 times in the week!!

We spent around 2.5 hours, supping wine, eating and soaking up the fabulous views. The service was just right, not intrusive and not dismissive. The food was OK, what one would expect from a tourist restaurant, and the prices again, to be expected of a restaurant slap bang in the middle of a tourist location. With regard to some of... More

Went to this restaurant as a suggestion from my taxi driver which can be iffy but were welcomed as if we had been regulars even though, 1- we had never been there and 2- it was 10:00pm on a Sunday night. Our instincts told us this would be a bad experience but upon entering we found the place full of... More
