The view to the Alhambra not to be missed

It's worth visiting this bar and restaurant if only for an unbelievable view of the Alhambra. It's the view you will see in all guide and travel books. The bar and seating is excellent. The food though a small menu is good and service exceptional.

We ate in the restaurant proper, which is downstairs from the terrace. The meal was pricey, but reasonable to expect given the level of service and surroundings. The setting was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was scrumptious!

We just happened upon this lovely restaurant while walking near the Mirador de San Nicolas, and what a lovely find. We arrived just around sunset and the view of the Alhambra was spectacular. We were only going to have a drink, but the menu looked great and it was a great meal. We both had unique salads which were huge... More

On a culinary tour with a biking company. Ended in Granada and came here on our own. Great leisurely meal. Drinks upstairs also have a great view.

We found this restaurant after a walking tour of Granada. It is located just off St Nicholas's square and overlooks the Alhambra. We were there in May and the weather was beautiful with the snow sitting on the mountain tops. The food, octopus with paprika as a starter and the croquettes were lovely, followed by Monk-fish and King prawn skewer... More

The draw of course for most people to El Huerto is its beautiful view. However we chose this restaurant though because we had heard that they served both Moroccan food and also local Granada specialities. The only Moroccan food on the menu, at least that day, was lamb or lamb and vegetable couscous, and it was good though not special.... More

Since it was recommended to us by our guide, we stopped here to have lunch and to enjoy the view ... the view is outstanding - the Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra in all their glory. The four of us ordered the plato del dia - it was paella - chicken. It took a long time to come and was... More

We like it here, and have several times come for lunch on visits to Granada. The view across the valley to the Alhambra with the snow-topped Sierra Nevada behind is just great. The food is good too; on this occasion we had breiouats (sort of meaty samosas with a dipping sauce) and remojon granadino (a salad with fish). Both were... More

Wow!! The view is amazing. The Alhambra, snowtops of the Siera Nevada. Citylights. Sit down and enjoy. The food is fine. Not exclusive but good enough. Prices are oké except for the cofee. €3.50 for 1 espresso is way out of line. Anyway we will come back.

The view of the Alhambra is magnificent but so is the food. We had wonderful scallops, tender lamb, lovely vegetables and super deserts. Staff are delightful, hard to fault. Not cheap but for this quality perfectly reasonable.
