Great Little Family Run Italian Restaurant

We ate there twice last week. Attracted by the nice clean lines. It's run by a family from Naples and the cooking is traditional Southern Italian. On the first visit, I had the carpachio of beef for starter and my partner had the parma ham. For mains, we both had veal accompanied by a bottle of... read more

Went here last night (8th May). It's bee re-furbished earlier in the year and is done up with 'lovely clean lines' tiled and with good lighting. We've been before quite a few times and it has always been good. The proprietors are actually Italian which isn't always the case for Italian restaurants in Spain. They have Italian wine!! We shared... More

a year on and we decided to give it another try .mainly because it was busy outside ,unlike last time .quiet.it was only when we had ordered we noticed the girl waitresses smoking at tables talking to customers??then some customers were walking into the kitchen and getting food.we then realised most of these customers were friends and family .i think... I was here a couple of months ago and it was lovely, so naturally wanted to go back... Big mistake in this case. Pasta main arrived, the same as I'd ordered a couple of months before, and it just tasted wrong. The shrimp was squishy, cold, and too fishy tasting, like it was on the wrong side of fresh. Turned... We found this little Italian recently on one of our many trips to Torremolinos, just sorry didn't find it sooner. They don't do Pizza, then you can get Pizza anywhere. I am not vegetarian but I tried the pumpkin and mushroom pasta dish and it was divine, had the same dish a week later. Service was friendly and the restaurant... More

Not gonna lie, this place is a bit different from most other Torremolinos restaurants. I've been both times I visited, a year apart. It's modernly decorated and clean, but that's not the main thing, the food is beautiful. No pizzas, they just focus on really beautiful pasta and Italian main dishes. Something a bit more adventurous. We are vegetarian and... More

We have been going to this restaurant for some years now and have never been disappointed! Joao is no longer there but I now see him in Glasgow. Guiseppe is the new front of house and he is such a lovely guy who knows exactly what to recommend. The food is superb and served in a great ambience. Keep up... More

Don't come here and expect pizzas, this is proper Italian cooking and it's packed full of flavour. The hosts were lovely, the wine was tasty, the food sublime, and the prices were in line with the other Italian places in torremolinos, though the quality here is much better imo. You won't be disappointed. (Unless you want pizza). My only regret... More

On our 1st night we decided to try this restaurant but was very disappointed. I ordered lasagne and my husband ordered carbonara, the food was ok but in my opinion you don't get what you pay for at €8 for a small and shallow dish of lasagne I expected it to come with a side salad or piece of garlic...
