After the good reviews we decided to eat here for a birthday lunch. In fairness there was nothing we could actually complain about but the experience was little more than average The service was hit and miss veering between over the top and fairly disinterested. The "magical"courtyard was fairly grubby and tired in daylight and the food was OK but... More

This was an amazing little find. Walk a little further on from the Orange Square and you will find this restaurant. Away from the bustle of the city you can sit in a little patio area. The service was great, really happy to tell you where the food was sourced and how it will be cooked. We went with friends... More

I have reviewed this restaurant before but after visiting again last weekend must comment, this place just gets better and better, the service, the quality of the food and the wine selection...unbeatable . We had planned to visit a couple of new places this time but after eating here for my brothers birthday on Saturday we all agreed we just... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Special salad with caramelised goats cheese is wonderful and is big enough to share. Good advice regarding which fish are fresh and which are frozen or farmed.

El Mariscal is our favorite restaurant in Marbella. Owner Juan and waiter Raul are a lot of fun, with a joke always ready and the best advice on the menu. We've tried all the paella options, and they are all excellent. For appetizers we like gambas pilpil or the salads. The ambience in the patio is so charming! Make sure... More

¡muchas gracias por la agradable velada! We really had a perfect evening in the beautiful garden. Gambas Pil Pil, Spanish lamb, sole and a fantastic dessert - hot chocolate tarte with liquid core. Everything perfect and absolutely delicious. Thanks to Raúl the "crazy" waiter for his nice and convenient way to care for us. Absolutely recommendable!

We went here two nights running it was so good! Based on TA reviews we sought it out the first night, and had a table in the courtyard at the back of the restaurant. We had anchovies and garlic prawns as starters, and then fish baked in salt between us for the main. The fish was huge and could easily... More

We went to this restaurant on the last of our 4 nights in Marbella. From the street it only looked as though there were a couple of tables outside and we weren't going to go in but luckily a waiter told us that there was an outdoor patio area out at the rear which was lovely. It proved to be... More
