Upon Arrival no friendly welcome and seemed chaotic as waiters going in and out of the restaurant but no one taking responsability to seat us until we requested. We were on our way back to our hotel when we heard music and followed the sound. A band was playing outside of La Cuisine and so we stopped in for a drink and to listen to the music. The service was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. Really enjoyed the music as did the very many others who were... More

We had tapas and drinks here on 2 occasions and each time there was a good athmosphere. Everything was tasty and well presented and at a reasonable price. It was nice to sit outside on a cool evening with the heaters on and good music playing in the background.

Immediately shown to a good table on the corner our side by a charming Italian waiter. Ordered a bottle of Toroxal Albariño which was too dry so we did not finish it. So drank a few glasses of house white which was fine. Ordered a bottle of Vallsanzo red which was also fine. We then ordered calamares, focaccia and gambas... More

This was run by an Irish guy when I was there, I presume it still is. Great staff: Colm, Kaum and Marco, all very friendly and welcoming. It's a good spot in a very touristy zone, with lovely outdoor seating and very nice tapas. Great atmosphere. Even the Spanish locals I brought liked it! Now if only they could get... More

Our first visit to La Cuisine was for cocktails on our way back to the hotel from the beach - 4 "special" Mojitos (have no idea what the special ingredient was but they were very nice!). During our 4 day stay we also sampled the coffee, more cocktails, the sangria, some lovely red wine and various liqueurs all served in... More

Excellent place to sit and people watch in the old town. Great food, especially liked the potato skins with smoked bacon, spring onions & melted goats cheese, spring rolls & thai chilli fish cakes. Lots of choice and really good value. Excellent service with a smile from Cristin, Nicola and Ivan. Regular busker sings and plays guitar just alongside the... More
