It is rather a tapas bar at a nice square (which was not really nice during the Feria..), but a nice one. We had good experience with the staff, they were friendly. At one dinner we paid 32 EURs, at another around 60EURs - depending on drinks and choosen tapas per person. Mini burgers were nice, prawn-skewer is well-recommended as... More

This place was by far the best meal of our time in Spain, absolutely delicious tapas! We had a table outside overlooking the square - Plaza de la Merced - which is a short walk from the Alcazaba. The menu was quite extensive and much to my delight, at least a third of it was vegetarian. Huzzah! My boyfriend and... More

The 5 of us got a tapas for lunchtime and were not disappointed - everything from the service, to the smoothies to the food was great. Was served by a guy called Valentin who was a great host with a sense of humour - felt so bad when we didn't have any cash to leave a tip so hopefully this... More

This restaurant never fails to impress me. Even during Malaga Feria it managed to cope. There were hundreds of people milling about but here was a wonderful oasis. Food is very good and the service brilliant you are well looked after by the ever cheerful Ezekiel.

We have visited this restaurant bar on many occasions in May and in August. The staff are consistently good, friendly and helpful. The service is attentive and quick and the location looking out over Plaza Merced is excellent. We ate there last night and I cannot recommend the food enough. We had mini hamburgers, Moroccan lamb stew, prawn skewers and... More

We were to meet family who happened to be on a stopover in Malaga with their cruiseship and we thought it would be best to meet them somewhere in the center, Plaza Merced being the ideal location. Looking for a restaurant we saw La Plaza and being well prepared to expect a tourist joint, we sat down with no expectations... More

Nice restaurant with a great view to the castle and a quiet square! We tried the plaza salad and the vegetarian plate. Very good quality, especially the house made humus and guacamole!
