Excellent fish and seafood

El Trillo serves some of the best fish and seafood in Malgaga. We ate clams, baby eels, prawns in a fantastic sauce, and baby squid. The prices are high compared to some places, but there's no questioning the quality.

He enjoyed it so much saying it was THE best fish he had ever tasted, I enjoyed the mixed salad first and then the beef stroganoff. Service is also excellent.... More

We decided to go to this restaurant for the good comments in TripAdvisor and are happy we did. The service was excellent, they let us test two different wines in order to choose the one we like the most. Both were excellent and we like so much one of them that after drinking a glass we decided to order a... More

We were originally going to El Rescoldo but they were full so the guy from there walked us down to El Trillo. The waiter sat us down and then preceded to ignore us. No menu. No drink. Nothing. After nearly 10 minutes when waiters had walked past us and completely ignored us, we got up and left! If the food... More

Every time we visit Malaga this place is a 'must visit'. It's always got lots of Spanish customers which we think is a real measure. The wines, even when just asking for 'a glass of red' are excellent quality and the food, from simple tapas to the main meals is never a disappointment. In fact the selection of tapas is... More

We had lunch with appetizer and paella. Both were very tasty. Good local wine suggestion, too. Nice staff, too.
