El Farolito is literally round the corner from the Hotel Del Pintor (where we stayed). So glad we booked a table as we were walking past early last Saturday evening. We arrived at 9pm and it was pretty quiet - by the time we left it was packed to the rafters inside and out. The menu is small (brilliant) we... More

The wife really fancied a steak on our last weekend in Malaga, and I came across this one not too far from where we were staying from reviews on tripadvisor. We arrived about 830 on the Saturday night, all tables outside in use or reserved, but inside was empty barring a couple more reserved signs, so we choose a table... More

A small restaurant on a quiet street off Plaza de Uncibay in the centre of Malaga with a rustic feel and a definite focus on the food. The menu is small but all of the dishes are carefully prepared with quality ingredients but steak is the star of the show. We ate here twice during our stay, the first time... More

Wow, so now I have to question whether or not I will ever trust trip advisor for restaurant reviews. I fly apprx 80000 miles a year, traveling to as many as 15-20 countries a year. My colleagues and I have eaten in the best places in the world. (Just so you understand that we are extremely experienced.) The appetizers were... More

this is a great little steak restaurant. Opens around 2000 and the owners are more than helpful and welcoming. Prices are excellent value, the steak is cooked to your exact requirements on what can only be described has the cleanest bbq I have ever seen. Look this place out it is well worth a visit. 3 x rump steaks a... More

Nice little Argentinian steak place tucked up back street, ate outside but well impressed, skirt and flank steak excellent , tender and succulent. Waitress didn't speak much english but she got by helping us choose and was very pleasant. Only downside was the bread wasn't cooked enough, think they were bought in part cooked rolls and they were not done... More

Literally just left the restaurant and had to comment. If you want regular menu and regular people it's not for you. Menu quirky and small and owners are special. Let's just say 2 sausages and grilled veg never tasted so good. House Rioja brilliant value.Move out the comfort zone and experience!

I've been here many times and the quality is always superb. The food is relatively cheap and great value for money, especially if you order the steak! The staff are friendly and the restaurant has a real cosy atmosphere. Definitely a restaurant worth seeking out. But be careful after 10pm it does fill up quickly!

Booked this from reviews on TA. Very small inside, where you put your coats on a rack above your head like on a train ...... and staff do not speak english, but the female staff made a very good attempt at explaining everything on the menu to us to the point we all knew what she was explaining. Steak cooked... More
