Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain, and all for a really decent price. The mini burgers (whilst not typically Spanish) were particularly great, but there were plenty of more traditional dishes to choose from as well. Only downside was that the service wasn't brilliant, and the waiters seemed a little short of temper and perhaps a... More

A level, probably two levels, above the typical tapas bars in quality of food, inventiveness, environment, service, and, as a result, price. Always a pleasant place to sit, either inside or on the pavement. Excellent standards such as tortilla, ensaladilla and morcilla, but also try some of the creative dishes, milojas of berenjenas, mollejas tart, etc.

The place is quite small and at the eveining gets crowded very quickly. Simple offer, but very tasty and not so expensive.

Traditional spanish food of good quality. Unfortunately we were served by Mr. Grumpy who provided us with menus in English and then insisted that we order off the menu written in Spanish. Not a problem but a bit Faulty Towers. The arrival of our food was slow and unsynchronised and my salad never made it at all (no bad thing... More

Myself, brother, sister and mother went to this restaurant a few evenings ago. We chose seating near the end as mum is in a wheelchair and has dementia so is sometimes restless. My brothers food arrived at least 5 minutes before mine and my sisters a few minutes later. The dishes were thrown on to the table by a very... More

Although Gorki is part of a chain of restaurants, you would never know. The tapas here is fabulous and the choice of Cava's is really good. Highly recommended.

The waiters were constantly looking irritated, gave everyone the feeling not to be welcome. We ordered a sandwich with cheese, ham, cucumber and tomato. The vegetables were not on it and when I asked for it, the grumpy waiter took it and brought it back with some green leafs, still no tomato and cucumber. He treated his customers like beasts,... In addition to El Pimpi, my Spanish host family brought me to Gorki while we were tapas hopping. Ordered some great sandwiches!

Went to the restaurant because of some praise from a UK newspaper. Place looked busy but as I approached the bar I could see some interesting wines... No one said "Hello, welcome..." After a while I finally got permission to sit in the bar. It turned out the famous wines I recognized was either not chilled or not mentioned in... More
