Great Fish

We ate here twice during a recent visit to southern Spain and wish we had found this restaurant sooner in our 4 week visit. The fish is as fresh as you will ever get, and the service was wonderful. Our waiter Jose introduced me to a type of fish common to the area "brotola". It was delicious and I... read more

Thus was recommended by a friend. The fisht is fresh and on display so you can make your choice. However, the restaurant has no atmosphere. I very much dislike TVs blaring out whilst I am eating.

This is a very good fish restaurant - a little overpriced perhaps, and the seating indoors is not that comfortable with its severe banquette 'pews'. But the food is good, fresh every day and reliable. It is not the best fish restaurant in Estepona but certainly one of the best. Avoid the 'fried fish plates' which tend to be the... More

Enjoyed an early evening meal here, sitting outside. Great attentive service, cold beer, and the grilled shrimp were wonderful. Also enjoyed the Boquerones (sardines) cured in vinegar, and the conquinas (clams) in wine/garlic sauce. Would definitely go back!

We visited this restaurant, which is located in a little street, just off a very pretty sunny square in the centre of Estepona. We visited it because we specifically wished to have fish and seafood and it was rated no 1 on trip advisor in Estepona. Having eaten there we wished we hadn't. We ordered the Padron peppers, which were... More

This is a very good place to have seafood in Estepona! They are not on the mainstream playa, but very close to the Plaza de las Flores. We had different dishes, and they were excellent. The swordfish was so tender it melted on the tongue. "The best fish I have ever tasted" according to he who had it. The tuna... More

I've been to Rosales many times over the last few years and it is always the same, superb fresh fish and lovely staff. The desserts are not to be missed. If you can sit outside as lovely sitting out on the little cobble streets watching the world go by.

We have been to Los Rosales a few times over the past few years having been recommended by friends who thought highly of it. Starters are OK but not in any way very memorable. Main courses which undoubtedly includes fish were again not great with relatively small portions. Tables are in an alley way adjacent to the restaurant and are... More
