Nice meat tapas

I really recommend this place to everyone visiting Cadiz. Good tapas, good meat, nice jamon and the secreto iberigo is awesome.

We just passed here for aperitif and some tapas. We got a place at the bar and could easily choose our tapas. It's popular with locals, which proves constant quality and value. We'll go back for sure.

Once inside the waiter was attentive enough, ordered the grilled tuna and the fish was well cooked, well seasoned and a large portion. However it was served with fried potatoes that were cold and half a tomato .....not what you would expect for the price.

Stumbled apon this gem of a place by accident. We saddled up to the bar around 8:30 pm not knowing what to expect because the place was almost empty. With our limited Spanish we attempted to order, the bar tender was amused and we let him choose a couple of things for us. 4 tapas and 4 drinks filled us... More

Verdict: I would eat here again in any company, and feel comfortable recommending this restaurant. Pros: High quality tapas, the menu is similar to other restaurants around the area, but the preparation is better, excellent value (typical for Cadiz in general), on a nice & romantic street, very friendly service. Cons: Minor detail.....the outdoor tables are uncomfortable and you have... More

This place is full of locals, so it can't be bad. Very busy, both inside and outside. great atmosphere. Try the different hams.

The Cumbres Mayores was the best restaurant in town, so good we visited it twice in a week, something we don't usually do. The restaurant is located on one off the many traffic free, narrow streets which give Cadiz much of its amazing character. We ate outside but pop your head inside and view the hams hanging on the walls... More

This was probably our best meal of our recent three night stay in Cadiz. Unlike most restaurants in Cadiz meat is their speciality .Advisable to book in advance as it is very busy with locals. The restaurant is accessed via their tapas bar and their is limited seating outside.

Called in today (largely on Trip Advisor reports), sat outside looking for tapas rather than full meals ...service was friendly helpful and fun. We had two half portions of hot dishes both meat with potatoes ...... Easily enough for two of us followed by a shared cheese cake ... Food was fantastic ..simple ..well cooked so tasty
