Standard Fare at Standard Prices

Nino's offers pretty much the same as a lot of restaurants in Cadiz and the prices are very similar too. The location is good and the passers by make for interesting viewing even if half are tourists with a greater percentage if a cruise ship is in town. If you don't expect gourmet food you... read more

In the center of the city; nice place to look at people (seem to be popular amongst locals, too). The two gentlemen, who were serving, were utterly uninterested in their jobs or customeres, and the food was just average.

Found this cafe while walking the streets of Cadiz not far from the cathedral. We enjoyed a shrimp linguini, salad with goat cheese and walnuts and an excellent appetizer of fried eggplant with a balsamic reduction sauce. We also tasted some red wine. Reminder: the bread placed on your table is not free. Reject it if you are not interested.

We went there for dinner during our X-mas holiday. The quality of the food was average. However, compared to other restaurants during our holiday in Andalucia, I might say not good. Service is ok, although not friendly. But the prize-quality of the restaurant is far below average. They even dare to charge € 1.50 for bread and picas (other restaurants... More

Round the corner of the apartment, that we rented in Cadiz, in the very center there is one of the best restaurants. It is very simple decorated, but the meal, that they give is very quality and delicious. They also serve breakfasts, and we liked them very much. The service is very good and friendly.

Tje only good think was the beer - was cold and... More

We had a most delicious starter-Berenjena Rebozada y Caramelizada con Miel (Battered and Caramelized Eggplant) which was delicious, which is more than can be said for the pizza that followed! They were, quite frankly, the worst I have ever tasted – or not – as they really were completely tasteless grunge. Maybe it is a local delicacy, but it is... More

My best advice is to avoid this place. Awfull food. Terrible pizza. Overrated prices. Seafood seems to come from Carrefour in Toledo. Biggest disappointment within a week in Spain. Did I mention terrible food?

This a restaurants for tourists. You can eat food like this anywhere. I had fish that didn't taste like anything and it was really dry.

Just had coffee and tostadas but we loved the place. It is in a great position on Plaza del Flores. Friendly staff and excellent service and chat
